App doesnโt work on iPhone
Just had the fan light fitting installed, works fine with the remote, but despite trying many, many times, the app on my iPhone doesnโt find the fitting to connect by Bluetooth to use the app. It seems from the last review a year ago that this is a known problem. A pity as the app features look nice. Back to basics and using the remote only.

This App doesnโt work
I have never been able to connect my iPhone X or iPhone 13 Pro to my LED Light / Fan. I am currently on IOS 15.5 and my iPhone cannot found the device. It keeps asking me to โresetโ. I try this every few weeks in the hope I have been doing something wrong, but seeing how many other people have the same issue I realise there must be a general issue with either the App or the connection from the device.

How to connect
You must turn it off at the wall (kill the power supply) and then switch it back on to find the light. Once the light flashes 3 times you then have to tap the back icon. To change the name of the light you need to go into the Setup menu.

Brought this in Spain it works great really pleased be good if it could link to Alexa
Doesnโt work on iOS13
Previously worked but now doesnโt with iOS 13. I am really frustrated that one of the features which we bought the fan on is no longer available.
