About

MapleCare AI helps care coordinators spend the visit talking with the client, not typing. Tap Start, have a normal conversation during the in-home assessment, tap End. The app records the visit, uploads it securely, and drafts the care plan from what was said. The care plan is then reviewed by people before anything is sent to your records system. What you can do - Book a visit, take the client's consent, and record the conversation. - Follow a list of topics to cover while you talk. - Match each voice in the recording to the right person. - Read the drafted care plan, including the exact words from the conversation behind each answer. - See what has uploaded and what is still waiting on your phone. Built for real homes - Works with no signal. Visits and recordings are kept safely on the phone and upload automatically when you are back online. - Consent is recorded before the visit starts, using your agency's own wording. - The recording stays on your phone until it has uploaded. Microphone access is needed to record the visit. Notifications are used to tell you if a phone call or another app stops a recording. MapleCare AI is for agencies that already have an account. Your agency sets up your sign-in.

What's New in MapleCare AI

1.0.6

October 4, 2026

- Name who spoke: after a visit is processed, you can now match each voice to a person (the client, a family member, the coordinator) on your phone. - Care plan screens updated to match the website: clearer ADL list, easier-to-read quotes from the conversation, one colour for items worth checking. - Works better with no signal: you can book a visit, take consent and record with the internet off. Everything uploads by itself when the signal returns. - Fixed a false "microphone did not respond" message that could appear the first time you allowed microphone access. - Smoother screens and small fixes.
