Worst app experience
The app for my business account is almost useless. Several issues. Can’t access past months statements. No option to be notified when a deposit are made, poor user experience when attempting to mobile deposit. I’m seriously considering moving my business account to a more business friendly system that is more efficient and user friendly.

Easy and great service
Portal works great rarely have to go in person, but when I do they are always helpful and kind
I wish it’d warn you about deposit limits before you attempt a deposit
I’m the treasurer for my HOA and this app has been a HUGE help. I can just deposit checks at home when I have a few spare minutes.
Some residents pay annually, so every January I have to deal with the deposit limits, both the deposits per day and the total amount per month. I don’t object to the limits. What I find a little annoying is that I don’t find out I’ve hit a limit until AFTER I’ve attempted to deposit a check. So then I have an endorsed check that says “for mobile deposit only” to take to my local branch.
It just seems there could be a way to let you know your current standing re the limits before you try to deposit a check that’s over the limit.
For now I just keep track of the limit myself. It’s a small thing, it’s still a five star app from aduce star credit union.

Since it usually takes me at least 2 tries to make a mobile deposit work every time, I’m only going for a 4. I get my balance information texted every day and I really enjoy that service

I had a security issue with my account. I was so impressed with the person who helped me solve it. Deeply knowledgeable and very kind and understanding. MAPS is a superior organization with highly trained people.

Maps needs to show input when entering passwords so we can see entries when typing them in to get into accounts
