Hard to Judge Now
Haven’t used it enough to properly judge it yet.
The new app is a FAIL
The changes made to the MARTA app are a fail, just like the implementation of the new train cars.. From the monochromatic blue color change to the confusing terminology and structure of the app, everything about it just feels off. I have no idea what they were thinking, but whatever it was didn’t get quality assurance tested by anyone who knows how to test for user experience.
For goodness sake, at least make it easy to find a static route map so you can quickly see it a glance what the stations are on the train routes as you used to the old app. Good grief!

This app does not properly plan your trips and does not give the right information. Marta should be ashamed after pocketing money from the last app.
Double Trash
This app it total trash. You try to look up your bus and everything is discombobulated. Live bus updates is terrible buses never show on time . Buses not showing up. Terrible system horrible app. Throw the whole thing away. And try again.
For bs Marta
This app is getting worse and worse between the lagging of updates to the random cancellation of trips to have non registered busses. Yall can put money in everything else yall should be able to put money into public transportation AND FOR THE BETTER!! Not these bs payment updates so yall can get more money.

Very confusing
The new MARTA app is much more confusing than the old one. Simple information—like where the bus is right now, which stop is yours, and when the next bus is coming—is difficult to find and understand. Please simplify the app and make real-time bus tracking easier to use, or bring back the simplicity of the old app.

Impossible to use
App as bad as the bus service. Useless
Unreliable
The buses are always canceled. I have to go out an hour before I need a bus just to help. I get on the bus to get to work on time. Also cancel a route that I went for a well paying job so I had to take a less pain job so Martha sucks.
Cancellations
I love Marta bc I can almost depend on it to get too and from work. I just wish the massive cancellation would get resolved ASAP👌🏾. I appreciate the operator’s that appreciate their jobs.
Cleaning
Since FIFA has left the trains, station, and overall area has drastically declined. I rarely see officers particularly on the South line. The whole system needs cleaning from top to bottom. It is a complete disgrace to our city!

For some reason ever since the new release of this app the realtime bus schedule doesn’t work at all anymore u can’t see any of the busses. I’ve contacted Marta multiple times and they have yet to give me a clear answer.
I can no longer use Marta because I have no idea where the busses are.
I also cannot use the Marta tracker website because it recently started having the same issue!!!

New app
So confusing the other app was much simpler
No longer user friendly
The old app was so easy and straight forward. This one I just can’t seem to figure out! Makes an easy commute so much more difficult.
