Change for the worse
In this new ai era, I’d expect a change to be improvement for the better and the app would be more accessible and easier to use for everyone, I was a pro at the app before I know it is so confusing for me. I can’t just imagine what you could do for somebody with special need and the elderly!

Been using the new version for a while. I'm still mad y'all took the old one away. It was less steps to see the info I wanted.

The one before was better. The times are always off. I click my bus and they show times of a different bus. If I choose bus 84 they will give me times for bus 165
Needs work
What happened to the rail system map and the list of rail stations? Why is there no intuitive way to access favorite rail stations and bus routes/stops? I primarily check train arrival times and bus routes to work. Doing so has become a PITA.

This new app is not accessible for the visually impaired. It’s confusing, difficult to navigate and impossible to read.
Worst Update
There was absolutely no need for the new update. Way too much work just to get simple route information. And so many bugs when it comes to tracking. Also just looking at a simple schedule is complicated for no reason. These were not issues that happened with the old app. Don’t fix something that was never broken to begin with

Location should not be required
Please change the app so that user is not required to opt out of location sharing. I don’t need an “enhanced” experience. I just need to know train schedules. Very annoying to be asked EVERY TIME I open the app

The previous app was far better. It gave real time forecasting and location. When using it was impossible to miss a bus, proactive instead of reactive. This also makes it harder to report who and what

New App hard to navigate
Find the new App hard to navigate just to find simple departure times for the various stations. Was a lot simpler and more straightforward in the old App. Now have to search around and becomes really frustrating.
Internet
With the new app, you have to have Internet connection to use it. The old one you could use anytime anywhere.
Buses never come at scheduled times.
I have no idea why this app even exists because nothing comes when it’s supposed to come.

Real time bus info not aligned with posted schedules. Some buses show up and most don’t follow schedule cadence depending on day🤷🏾♂️.
