Horrible app, horrible staff, bunch of monkeys. Not impressed
Horrible service please stay away
We booked our tickets from Amsterdam to Istanbul on March through MartiGo website from August 6-12, and we booked the hotel until August 12, and our next flight from Amsterdam to Toronto was on the 13th August. Unfortunately, on August 11th, they sent me a check-in email, in which our flight was changed from August 12th to 13th. We had to stay there for another day with all expenses and all our vacation plans were ruined and I called MartiGo several times but, unfortunately it was useless, they didn't help us at all, they sold our ticket to someone else at a high price. This is very unethical and I would never use their services again.

Don’t use this website , wish l knew earlier , they don’t refund your money and kept saying they already did .Poor customer service !!
