App sucks
I’d give it a .10 star as it doesn’t recognize any username or password. If this is part MASA they need to fix it immediately!!
Terrible App
I have used the app for several years, now it does not like my sign in. When trying to reset password, the app will not send the code to my phone.
Not my MASA
The web site uses a login Id. The app states to put in your email. It doesn’t work. I put in our email and correct password and the app does not recognize it at all.
Terrible app that doesn’t show MASA in the best light. They would be better off to delete the app all together. When looking through the web site, I noticed they don’t even talk about the app at all, so I guess someone there also thinks the app should t exist either.

Can’t use
After entering your info it says it will send an email with a code to complete your registration. When I go to my email to get the code and go back to the app the screen to enter the code is no longer present. Of try to login it states the user is Not confirmed. If try to register again it says the user has an unconfirmed acct. So it’s a continuous loop with no way to confirm my account

Horrible App
The most stupid app I’ve ever tried. I have an account, but if you download this stupid app you can’t login to it by your account on there site, you have to login by another account, nonsense 🤭😡😡😡
App does not work
App does not work. I didn’t bother to try and contact the company because all the other reviews state that they don’t respond and I really don’t care to waste my time.
Useless App
In trying to create a login the app software converted “ss” to “55” in my email address. Once I got that fixed, there was no way to verify my account with their supplied verification code. So, when attempting to login, I’m always stuck with “account not verified”. If I could I would give them zero stars out of five.

Awful website
I tried to download this app and went back 78 years for the birthdate then it lost it. Wouldn’t accept my password or username. Tried 4 times. Why doesn’t management fix this problem????
Can’t confirm account
Once I filled out the information, the app required a confirmation code. I went to my email to get the code. When I went back to the app, it returned to the login page. From there, there was no way to confirm the account. There is no way to bring the confirmation page back, I cannot log in until confirmed, and I can’t start over with creating a new account. This is a poorly written app.

Birthday
I tried, do you realize how long it takes for a senior to put in their birthday month by month. Nearly impossible
Unfriendly.
After filling out all of the information needed and the password, you are required to get a confirmation code by email. When you open the email app to get the code and go back to enter the authorization code, all the information is gone. That means you have to fill it out again, get another authorization code, and start the vicious cycle.

App issues
Apparently, there’s a different sign in between the Internet and the app, which is fine. The issue is when you go to the app and you put your email in to create a new account. It asked you for your date of birth and your last name which is fine but that says it’s gonna send a code to your email address.. when you go to your email address and get the code and go back to the app to enter the code. The place to put the code has gone. Start all over again and it wants to send you another code. Then when you try and use the user ID. And password yeah message a user is not confirmed and us are already exist. I feel like the movie Groundhog Day because you’re in an infinite loop that you can’t get out. I guess people must just give up and use the online but I don’t give up. I’ll have what they fix it.

Doesn’t work
I created an account, and I still can’t login. Tried several times!
Can’t log in or sign up
Sends a verification code to your email and then you have to start the signup process over when you return to the app. There’s no way to enter the validation code to complete the sign up, and it errors with email already exists if you try and sign up again.
Worthless app
Does not have field for confirmation number after entering required data. After over a dozen attempts to create an account, gave up in frustration. No tech support. Don’t waste your time! Hopefully the advertised service of Masa is better than their nonfunctional app.
Incredibly frustrating app
This app has nothing good about it. MASA should be embarrassed by it. It reflects poorly on the company. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
Cannot complete account verification
After entering member number, birthday, password, it requested to go get verify code in email, when coming back, app already exited and went back to login page, not allow for code entering. When attempted to login, got error msg saying User account not verified, but there is no chance given to enter the code on iPhone again.

Can’t sign in
Can’t sign in. On the website it uses a username and password. The app asks for an email and password. The email I use is the one tied to the account but it doesn’t authenticate. So I can’t get it. I can believe you created an app that doesn’t allow sign in.
Can’t sign up
Tried to create an account. It sent me a code I went to put in the code and the place to put the code had disappeared- I tried creating the account again and it said there was an account with that email already - I tried using my email and it say the email is not registered—- I give up…
