Good info, but outdated
I appreciate seeing the daily itinerary and a map that can filter the location type. But the map isn’t interactive. I can’t add anything to my cart then have to call and wait on hold to register or buy tickets. And a live chat feature would help since text and messaging is a common in-app function in other travel, lodging apps.

Ski conditions
I downloaded this app to see the ski conditions, slopes that were open, cameras, etc. no where to be found. Seems like this would be one of the main features of the app
Wish you could book in the app
I like it for being able to see the schedule of events and classes but you can’t actually book anything through the app. When I try to add something to the cart it just says “stand by” but doesn’t add anything. I also think that once a day has passed, it shouldn’t have the option to allow you to book.

Useless
How do you have an app for a ski resort without a trail map? Why can’t I reserve ski rentals on the app? Why can’t I track other people in party (pretty common thing users might want to do when skiing)? Oh that’s right, you can’t track other users because you don’t even have a trail map. At a ski resort. It definitely has a listing of all the TV channels available, though!

Very slow
The map is very slow and barely usable
