Not great
If you’re trying to go from the North Shore to the South Shore in this app, for each step of the way you have to click a sign. That’s a whole lot of signs to click when you get into the car. You need to link up your signs through a route to give the full time to get from where you are to where you want to be.

horrible application. Data usage very high. There are better application for this type.
Wonderfully inaccurate.
This app is great, unless you rely on the stated travel times to let you know how long your commute is. In that case it's useless. A good start is to double the stated time.
Not reliable
30 car pile-up on rt 128, 12 car pile-up on Mass Pike, Some roads near Boston with 3 hour delays! GoTime shows normal traffic times and no sign of the mess out there! This app is useless. Deleted.

Crap total crap
I like what the app does.... but it's bloated
Simple design and functional. But why on east is it over 100MB.... what else is loaded in this thing that I don't know about. There are apps that do 100x more than this, and take up 1/10 the space
