Terrible app..
every single time when I try to pay my order that app doesn’t work. I can’t complete my payment, payment failed. I need to delete my app and upload again for payment is going through. That is so annoying.

Super bad to loyal clients!

I was loyal client for years,bought hundreds of your items..but after how I was treated today on customer service-I’ll sign out and won’t buy anymore your clothing! Me and my husband were very mad and disappointed!!

J’adore la ligne Massimo Duti. Les modèles sont magnifiques, les tissus beaux et confortables. La seule chose que j’aimerais voir améliorer ce serait qu’il y ait plus de choix pour les silhouettes autres que grandes et très minces. Merci!

Does not save items in the basket

Been trying to make a capsule adding items to my basket. got distracted, opened up the app later that day and the basket was cleared.

Deplorable customer service

I’d rather eat mice than speak to their customer service again. Untrained, unhelpful, slow and absolutely not worthy of the so called premium brand positioning.

Useless app and the worst service

Every part of the app and website works except for the “initiate a return” and the “help” section. I go to select the return and then it gives me a blank page and I couldn’t make the return or contact them
