Great to buy but poor returns function

I love the app for purchases, but once products received ( which is fast and efficient) any returns required only appear on the app oncevthe return window has closed??!!!

Cant see photos

Unfortunately the photos are not visible every time, you have to close the app and open again to continue. There is smthing wrong!!! Needa to be checked

Refund received, but what an ordeal.

Refund eventually received, but extremely poor experience. My ₹27,570 refund was initially withheld even though the return had been collected, delivered and accepted in Massimo Dutti’s own system. It took repeated emails, calls and considerable effort to get the money back. I’m glad the matter was finally resolved, but customers should not have to fight this hard for a legitimate refund. Very disappointing experience from an Inditex brand.

I bought an item and returned it, but two months have passed and I still haven't received a refund. On top of that, I’ve lost the money I spent on the clothes. They aren't responding. It’s a scam.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever, sometimes you have to wait one hour for someone to answer the chat in Greece and when they do they are not very helpful.

모든게 오류인 사용자경험 최악 앱

주문 확인, 주소 추가, 결제 등등 한 뎁스만 들어가면 다 접속 오류로 뜹니다. 문의 할 곳도 없고 벌써 앱을 몇 차례 삭제했다 재설치했는데도 계속 오류네요.
카카오톡 문의처에서도 어플리케이션 삭제 후 재설치하라고 기계적인 답변만 합니다. 구매부터 반품 그리고 문의 까지 고객경험 전반의 질이 낮고 이렇게 관리가 되지 않는 것도 최악입니다.
