I received a membership as a gift December 25, 2025. I utilized it a little back then. I tried to sign in today and my only option was to pay for a new membership. I would like to take a couple of courses but I don’t want to pay again for the gift I was given. This seems like a bait and switch.
Avoid! You can never log in and have to wait days to be able to.
Brought a yearly subscription and barely used the app due to the continuous hassle of logging in. You go through customer service via email, and it's a case of back and forth until finally being able to log in. Totally regret signing up to this app as lessons and glasses could be found on Youtube for free and with minimal hassle!

Harassment
Keeps trying to charge a credit card that is canceled despite trying to cancel my subscription. They attempt to charge this card literally every couple of days.
App failure
What is the point of having the ability to download classes if one is not able to play them without being connected to WiFi or internet?
App has gone downhill
The app no longer shows trailers to the classes. So, you can’t get an idea if you want to watch them or not.
Masterclass is great infotainment. But, the app isn’t great and the website keeps trying to direct you to the app instead of letting you navigate the courses. I’ll be canceling my subscription if they don’t fix the app soon.
