Unsubscribe issues
Using the app is so confusing, i can’t tell how to even text the AI, unsubscribing is a nightmare, i try to unsubscribe and it says i have no active subscription with this email, please i don’t want to be billed if i can’t use the thing, how do i unsubscribe?
Recharged after cancelling the membership
I had cancelled the membership but I was charged $397 again and on the day this happened, I was not able to cancel it. I could not receive a refund.
No integration to programs, sends you to website
Concept is great. Execution not so much. When reaching out to support, feels automated, and my experience when interacting with someone was not very pleasant. Ended up cancelling. The books are great though.
The best AI I’ve seen
I was in a 30 year emotionally abusive relationship and even after over a year of therapy, I have a hard time recognizing verbal abuse and manipulation. When a date gives me that familiar warning signal, I run it through the ai and it is so helpful. I showed my therapist and she’s recommending it for her abuse survivors. I got in limerence with an abusive man and the ai helped me recognize it and craft a text that worked to drop him without going into my usual self deprecating, apologetic self. Thank you so much.

Lots of stuff I already know
Lots of people going through love bombing and guys not wanting relationships. I already know the signs of someone not worth my time. The only thing I’ve been using is Matthew AI and going to the once a week live sessions which is pretty good. Getting some motivation to keep trying to put myself out there while not expecting much from the guy unless he’s the real deal.

Love Matthew’s content. It helps, it educates and gives confidence.
But the app… so confusing and hangs. After enrolling in a course and closing the app. I can’t find the course anymore. So I have to manually write down where I was in the course. Also the app hangs and shuts down. If I watch 5 videos in a row I probably have to reboot 5-10 times, even tho WiFi is great. Just all a bit frustrating

Love it!
This app is fantastic, so perfect for everyday life because I don't have to log in somewhere in the browser, I can easily access everything via the app. Matthew Hussey is such a gift & what he does is always super professional. Can't understand the 1 star rating, everything is always described and explained.

Read everything before buying membership
Fair n balanced review: Matthew's podcast and free masterclasses offer great content, but beware of the free content’s push to buy additional products at the end. I purchased the Love Life Club membership and the service is disappointing due to inconveniently scheduled live sessions, limited content from Matthew and more from other contributors, and a lack of downloadable content to listen while traveling. Stick to the podcast or YouTube for better flexibility and value.

Scam!!!! - stay away
This app is a complete scam! I subscribed to the pdf download, for less then 10 USD and I was never able to download it. At some point I found myself subscribed to this app, which I can also not download, for 69,99 USD for 6 months. I asked for a refund, but nope, they do not refund anything! What a scam!

I thought this app would just be for my love life but it covers even more . . . from dating to relationships to confidence. I love that I can type in Q&A questions to get instant answers but the live events are my absolute favorite. Over the last 5 years I've found that there's no better source than Matthew for this type of material and so much of what I've learned has already transformed my life!

Transaction dispute
I downloaded this app and tried out the week free trial. I canceled my subscription before the week was over. It’s been a while now since all of that. But today I was just charged $70 from this app for no reason! This is unacceptable..
So far an advert for purchases
I was so fired up to join this after watching his amazing live event the other day so I joined the two week free trial. The App/community is just a load of adverts for purchases for dating advice! I am trying to cancel so I don’t get charged the huge fee after the two weeks but the Hussey Team have not responded to my query on it. I can’t figure out how to cancel on App Store like it advises as there is no subscription as yet! Feel like I’ve been completely scammed by Matthew Hussey as there are no events or anything at all for me once on the App.
