The app has an English option. Despite this, a significant portion of the operations within the app are in Czech. The lack of a consistent user experience in English are made worse by the absence of English in internet banking. Because of this, MBank is a poor choice for expats and others in the Czech Republic who lack competence on the Czech language.

Otravné notifikace nelze snadno odmítnout
Velice mě znepokojuje, že začali parazitovat na tom, že uživatelé mají zapnuté notifikace. Je to bohužel soudobý trend. V nastavení není možnost komerční notifikace vypnout. Jestli je to někde skryté, prosím o návod. Na podstatě to ovšem nic nemění.

Chybné notifikace
Téměř ob den mi chodí notifikace, že mám příchozí platbu ve výši 0,00 Kč. V bankovnictví samozřejmě nic takového nemám, pouze notifikace z aplikace mBank. Může prosím někdo sjednat nápravu. Děkuji.
Terrible app with very confusing codes
This app is designed specifically to make it very difficult for people to access it, especially if you were abroad. Even writing this review is very difficult because I am not allowed to see the words as they are typed. So I have no idea if they are spelled correctly. This app really appears to be contrived to make things difficult and to require expensive international phone calls.

Warning: A Terrible bank, do not even consider opening an account. The customer service is so bad it’s a joke and not a funny one.

Super update, finally you can see the number of the whole card, including CVV 2 for purchases at new e-shops. (But it takes a PIN). The use of a Face ID would also be appropriate.

The thing wants me to link my new phone. Using “Link with app” I need to put mother’s maiden name there, with “diacritics”. Even tho I switched to Czech keyboard, it doesn’t let me use the diacritics.
Also “skuste” should be “zkuste” in Czech.
Not happy. Worked ok with previous version.

The app is cool yet that we could ch
Convenient but not sufficient as sole banking app
User inteeface is very good in many ways but the app lacks dome key functionality. I.e. calculating sum of income and expenses when viewing transactions history or showing current valance after each transaction. Expenses and income categorization is useless unless you're standard sheep because you can't define your own categories. Also the support link in App Store does not work.

Po několika pokusech jsem párování vzdal
Nejdříve mi automat zavolal dříve, než přišla sms. Po 15 minutách čekání se objevila chyba a musel jsem čekat dalších 5. Následující pokus skončil tím, že automat nepřijal kód, který v nové sms ihned před hovorem přišel. Navíc nechápu zabezpečení při párování - mé rodné číslo a rodné příjmení matky nejsou nedohledatelné informace. A přestože mám telefon uzamčený, sms kód by si z notifikace přečetl kdokoli i bez odemknutí telefonu, stejně jako by přijal hovor a spárování aplikace nainstalované v jiném zařízení potvrdil. Po zkušenosti s touto aplikací se začínám obávat o své finance u mBank.

Tahle verze je opravdu tragická.
Nepovedlo se mi najít ani mapu s bankomatem.
Aplikace je plná věcí které nepotřebuji ale zato když uz něco z toho potřebuju tak je to tak ukrytý mezi blbostma že to stejně nenajdu.

Aplikace super ale v poslední verzi kdykoliv kliknu má spořící účet tak celá aplikace spadne ... chtělo by to update ...
