I bought the extras every year and when I need it it’s not working my dog is literally locked in the car WITH THE KEYS WHEN THE KEYS ARENT SUPPOSED TO LOCK IN THE CAR THE CAR GLITCHED AND I COUNTED ON THE APP AND THE APP DID NOT WORK

Worst $160,000 car app
I’m so glad the nightmare of this app is coming to an end. 90% of the time autostart failed and the other 10% the app wouldn’t work because, unlike other app that needs an update, wouldn’t allow you to use it unless it had the latest update.
App is being Sunset
Recently learned that this app is being shut down entirely and features including remote locking, start, SOS, etc will no longer function on my vehicle as of Dec 31. It’s one thing to remove a feature or two, but to outright remove safety features from a vehicle and not offer some kind of alternative because of some contract issue between Mercedes and Verizon is ridiculous.

The worst customer service team ever. Gave me the run around for three weeks sending me back and forth between agents. Never helped resolve the problem and didn’t seem concerned with trying. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Worst app ever
Why waste your money on an expensive car that you can’t even remote start without this app. The app doesn’t even work like seriously. Always says internal error, get it together.

On a car I was so looking forward to buying, its been a nightmare. Would never recommend. After a month of the worst customer service, i gave up. 1st time they put the vin in wrong, second time, spelled my name wrong. Was told you just can't simple fix this. Had to cancel each one and start over. I gave up. Left a sour taste, now can't access software. They gotcha. Epic fail.

A+ support, when I first downloaded the app and registered it, very few features would work. I called technical support and they didn’t stop troubleshooting until my 2018 C300 would auto start and do everything I am paying them for! Thanks!

this is the worst app. it disgraces the whole brand. you create such good cars, but you can't create a regular app, it's terrible, the car doesn't start, a picture of a car without bumpers, and they also ask for money to use this app. the employees literally bargain with me so that I buy the app. so that it doesn't work. the most useless

Mercedes knows there is an issue with the app because of the changes in cell service yet their mbrace customer service continues to lie to you and make you feel like you are doing something wrong. They’ll “troubleshoot” and make you reinstall the app to appease you … Paying for the lousy mbrace service which won’t start your car anymore. My next car will NOT be a Mercedes.

Total unreliability
Save your money. Mercedes-Benz, in general, manufacturers a great car, but this app tarnishes the brand. Very disappointed and will request a refund. I don’t need the frustration.

Siri Shortcuts still broken after 5 version increments and nearly 2 years. What gives?
The locate vehicle is not working
Worst App. Pay so much and the locate vehicle say this feature is currently unavailable either you or your vehicle is in an area with poor connection. Neither have a poor connection. This if it was working before same area then why poor connection. If this app is for Mercedes throughout the world then it should provide good connection with us paying so much.

Great car terrible app
It’s very shocking to me that the app is so bad and has so many bugs. 9 out 10 times I want to use it, it says “sorry we are have technical issues” or it is under maintenance. It’s very very slow (don’t worry the car is not) super glitchy. And I find it beyond pathetic that I have had cheaper cars with much much better apps with more options and no bugs, not to mention those apps cost me a fraction of the price! If you are considering to get MBrace save your money and don’t or pay your kid to go out and start your car for you every morning lol. If you already have MBrace call and cancel they will refund the part of your membership that you did not use yet. Very disappointed by such a great company.
