Had to Call Twice and it still doesn’t work.
Was sent a link 3 hours before my visit. Clicked on it and unknowingly messed it up. Called and was sent the same link. Did not work. Called again and got a new link and it says that my birthdate doesn’t match their records after confirming it on the phone prior. App needs a rework.
Does not work with voiceover
I am visually impaired and attempted to use this app for a telehealth appointment. When I open the app it just freezes and there is no way to proceed. This obviously is in violation of the accessibility standards set forth under various federal laws, and since McLaren takes federal benefits, they are liable to be sued if they don’t get this app corrected.

All I get when I get to the app is the McCaren logo 😡

Downloaded the app as instructed yet it won’t even open and just presents a page that says “invalid link”.
Says link is invalid. Can’t even open it
