Scan tickets doesn’t work
The only reason I download the app and created an account was to scan tickets and the app won’t even do that. Please fix asap!

Same here, this app used to work and now it doesn’t even load anymore. I wonder about the lottery system, they should invest in a decent app. I’m pretty sure they may have a little bit of $$ to pay some decent developers.
Your website need to be configured
Been requesting forgot password since last year and nothing. Worse site but I will continue playing VA and DC is the best. MD you need to get it together please work on your site can’t check tickets without login i understand you want us to get credit for our tickets but issue’s

The ticket scanner doesn’t work,
The app doesn’t save Face ID, doesn’t have an option to save acct info for ease of login,
They just made it harder to make us download another app… why not just fix the first one?

Poor ticket scanning
The old app used to scan with very little trouble. This app is horrible. Please fix this

Idk who’s bright idea it was to remove the scanner from the original app. This asks for way too much info to scan a ticket. Do not use!
Can’t check tickets
The old MD lottery app directed me to download this one to check my scratchers. Have to make an account. Tells me both of my emails are already registered. Try to reset password, neither email address is registered. It’s just a constant loop that gets you nowhere
Scanning does not work
Makes you go through the whole trouble signing up for an account, giving it all your information, including the last four of your Social Security and then at the end of it all the scanning feature doesn’t even work. The whole app just seems Janky.
SCAM APP
I made an account like this stupid app made me do, including personal information no lottery app should ask for. I use it for a couple scratch offs and forget about it. Now the next time I go to use it, it asks me to login. I enter in my email and password, it says the password is wrong. I go to reset it and it says no account is available for this email. I go to register it, and it tells me there’s an account with this info already. WHAT THE HECK??? So it won’t let me login, it doesn’t recognize my details, it won’t let reset my password? What the hell is this app even for, why did they take the ability to scan scratch offs off the original app? This is so stupid and it feels like my info is being used by some butter brains at the lottery. Stay away.

can’t even make an account
just wanted a quick way to scan & check if i won a ticket without a coin. ended up signing up for an account i never wanted, gave my name, birthday, address, and phone number. when all was done, they asked for the last 4 of my SSN only to be told that number is already associated with another account. wasted my time and gave another company all my info only to walk away frustrated when all i wanted to see was if i had won (obviously not) a $7 scratch off. what a waste.

Why do I need to login
Moved scratch off tickets scanner here and now you need to login to the app just to check for winners. Lame move!

Unable to Register
Account registration is broken. I end up in a loop of trying to register then being told my information is already found followed by trying forgot password and being told my information was not found.
Scanning
Scanning doesn’t work in this app for iPhone. I’ve even removed the app and restored it just for it not to work.
I will never buy a ticket in Maryland again
Absolutely awful. Requires all of your personal information INCLUDING PART OF YOUR SSN just to check scratcher tickets. And the user interface is awful, difficult to use, non intuitive. GARBAGE.

A lot of work to scan tickets and it does not work. Have to log in but the login functionality is completely broken

the only thing i wanted to do was check my scratch off tickets. not sure why we got rid of this in the md lottery original app but it told me to download this app to check them. tried to make an account, why i need an account again to just check my tickets and see if i missed anything, no idea but it’s a waste of time. didn’t work, couldn’t make an account so immediately deleted. don’t even try.
