The Viewfinder Sucks
I’ve been trying to scan 5 scratch off tickets and I was only able to scan one in the last 5 mins. I’ve tried different lighting and adjusting the distance of the tickets. The last app’s viewfinder would scan a ticket in a second. I may end up going to a machine to get my tickets scanned.
Very wonky
This app is very wonky. It takes too long to get results of a scanned ticket. It does not allow you to enter 2nd chance drawings. The page won’t refresh when you enter the amount of points you want to use for the drawing. Also, I wasn’t able to register my full name because someone with the same name has already registered. It’s not fair that you need to fully register to just scan/check a ticket.

Why?!
Why couldn’t you just scan your ticket with the old app. Why do you have to try and be like PA now! Dummest state ever don’t do that
Scanner
The only reason I have for this app is to scan my occasional scratch offs. But the scanner is terrible. The Maryland Lottery app scanner was better and I didn’t need to make an account to use it. What a pain. I’d rather not even play honestly.
Garbage app
App is not usable, scan function does not work. Completely ridiculous that this is needed to check tickets when nothing was wrong with the other app

I could not set up an account. I tried 3 different emails. They said I already had an account

Scanner won’t work
I have been scanning my tickets for so long with no problem. What kind of scanner have you changed this to? I can use the other scanner and the other app. But for scratch off the scanner does not work. I have tried repeatedly and I’m just so disgusted with it. You think with all the money coming in for the lottery you could do better.

Fix you damn app!
Having the same issue as the other reviewer. I can’t check tickets. It kept routing me to verifying my account when I already did multiple times.
SCAN DOESNT WORK WELL
Took me forever to download the app and set up an account. Once I got it set up, the scan feature on instant cards does not work well. My camera lenses clean. I was able to scan one scratch off, but not the other. The app is terrible!

Can’t create account, slow and useless. It’s good at collection your info. Just wanted to scan a ticket but I guess that’s asking too much.

I tried creating account with this app and the website for like 20 times with multiple emails but it kept saying that the account already exists, try resetting the password. And when I try to reset the password it say there is no such found in there DayaBase. Like what is going here. Such a bad and very unorganized app and the website.

App has been rendered useless
This latest update has made the app totally useless. I open it and I get a blank white screen. Been like that for days now. Please fix the bugs in this barely useful app or put the “check your ticket” scanning option back into the other MD Lottery app.

Another way to make it more complicated to do things in MD. This app sucks. You have to go through a registration just to scan your scratch offs, you can barely tell how to scan the tickets and if you won or not. This app is complete trash!
