Irregular delivery and spoiled products delivered
Very poor experience. For the last four days, the service has been highly unreliable. Milk has either not been delivered, delivered with spilled contents, or delivered very late.
On 7th June, my 2 litres of milk arrived after 12 PM and had already curdled. Today, both bottles delivered were spoiled and had a foul smell.
Milk is a morning essential and should be delivered by 8 AM. Late or spoiled deliveries make the subscription worthless. Customer support was also unresponsive when I tried to report the issue.
Please improve your quality checks, delivery timelines, and customer service. This level of service is unacceptable.

I placed an order, made payment and no delivery or anything and even the WhatsApp message stopped responding … they are collecting money and not delivering … this is a Scam and how they are on Apple is hard to understand …

Receiving the worst quality during my subcription phase and they do not listen to customer review as well as don’t have a compensation process or subcription cancellation mechanism. Never gonna recommend this to anyone
