Irregular delivery and spoiled products delivered
Very poor experience. For the last four days, the service has been highly unreliable. Milk has either not been delivered, delivered with spilled contents, or delivered very late.
On 7th June, my 2 litres of milk arrived after 12 PM and had already curdled. Today, both bottles delivered were spoiled and had a foul smell.
Milk is a morning essential and should be delivered by 8 AM. Late or spoiled deliveries make the subscription worthless. Customer support was also unresponsive when I tried to report the issue.
Please improve your quality checks, delivery timelines, and customer service. This level of service is unacceptable.
