What's New in Measured
1.2.1
October 10, 2026
Warm-ups that fit the day. Your guided warm-up and the stretches that close a session are now chosen by the muscles that day's lifts work, so a leg day loosens your hips and legs, and an upper-body day your shoulders, chest and back. Smoother sessions. On a superset, a quick double tap on the rating sheet no longer skips the second movement. A paused hold stays quiet at its old end time, and the lock screen says Paused. The rest screen shows the reps you just logged beside the weight, a movement's written cues sit above its demo clip, and the session overview counts supersets. On Apple Watch, each of the last five seconds of a rest taps your wrist, and GO is three quick taps. The hold screen shows which set you're on. Clearer weights. A two-dumbbell movement reads "25 lb each", one-sided work says "per side", a band movement says "Band", and "Weights you'll need" counts how many of each dumbbell to set out. Programs that follow your week. Setup suggests programs that fit the days and minutes you give it. Reminders and program notes name the session instead of a day of the week, so they read right whichever days you train. A weight raised in a deload week is kept, adding heavier dumbbells lets a lift that had topped out climb again, and a workout saved after a crash keeps its program day and where you were training. Also in this version: Just Exercise is now Build a workout, and the two program options are Get a personalized program and Build your own program. The rest-day card on Today says what you did and can be put away. The Weekender no longer calls its second back-to-back day a rest day. A swap you make on a movement the app substituted now takes effect.
