Allows you to create an account with an underscore in your username, then give an invalid username error when you try to use it.

the point of an app is CONVENIENCE
The app is so buggy, they recommend you on the phone to have the app but it’s awful! not helpful at all. I’ve been having problems with this app for the past 2 years i’ve worked with them.
if you can avoid working with this bank please do. I wish i could return my car because I hate working with them so bad.
I’ve had to reset my password every single month just to make a payment. I reset my password and it always tells me my new password is wrong and i end up getting locked out and have to call them. This is the worst bank.

Terrible app
App won’t allow the updating of payment information and customer service just insulted my intelligence for having technical issues with the app, instead of listening to what was actually behaving. The app is near-useless.

Major Update
Consider updating the app with a complete overhaul. The UI needs a big upgrade and add functionality to log in with Face ID.
Worst bank ever
I wanted to pay off my car loan, about $30k, but they do not allow you to pay it off online or electronically at all. The ONLY option was to FedEx a cashiers check. Wow, this is 2023 not 1995.

App never seems to work, have to log online to the website. What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t work?!
Login Error
For some reason, I'm getting an error when attempting to log in to the app with my credentials, but logging into my account on a web browser works fine.
Absolute dogwater platform and company
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen - nonexistent. You WILL NOT ever speak to a real person. I’ve tried every possible way. The automated voice is very lazily set up and pathetic in the year 2023. Most of the time payments don’t work. Forget about making principal payments - they only accept them through physical mail and I’m reluctant to send one because I have such astoundingly low expectations of them.
I have no idea how this can be legal. The majority of the time I can’t make any payments online, through the call center, or through text, which leaves me with going in person or mailing a check which is ridiculous. Sometimes, online payments DO work but they don’t honor the $2999.99 max per month in my case. I can only do up to $2500, and frankly it’s ridiculous that there is a monthly max at all. I had no idea about it when I was financing my car at the dealer.

Not much I can say that hasn’t already been said. It’s a Crap app. & now that I read the reviews, they are probably ripping me off, too. And I’m Super ticked. But there’s nothing we can do other than major a class action, lawsuit 🤣

The app is not user friendly, there’s nothing good about this company and I honestly regret buying my car because of how difficult it is making payments and having to call because payments were disappearing.
