Receipts

It’s complicated to add multiple receipts and then having to write offset on them.

Subpar

Mailed check to address listed on letter. Check was returned . Tried to then pay on line unable to that also as it never goes to next step to enter information.

Crashes

In the last month the app has started crashing every time I try to take and submit a photo of a receipt. It’s very frustrating. Please fix it!

Prepare to have any and all FSA claims denied. Didn’t think anyone could be worse than dealing with an insurance company, but congrats to them, they did it!

Issues trying to upload records

I always have issues trying to submit photos of receipts. Keep getting messages “error occurred, try again later “

Denials

I have only submitted a few claims and I get mostly denials. I worked with another company i would submit receipt and within minutes it was approved and put in my bank account. I set up this account with my bank account and they send me a paper

Constantly having to resubmit for all the denials. This is not an efficient system. Once I called and the person told me I needed a doctor letter for my pharmacy receipt. It clearly has my info listed with Dr prescriber which actually is none of there business HIPA law. Then she proceeded to say my meds were for weight loss which was not accurate . I am a petite person and if I took weight loss meds I would be anorexic.

Lousy

Jumping through hoops to get reimbursed for contacts I paid for and then ignored me when I sent in ALL my documentation

This company has been nothing but trouble since our agency chose them as our FSA provider. They consistently deny transactions, demanding that I submit a “receipt”—which I have, multiple times, only for it to be rejected. When I call in, the agents argue that what I sent isn’t a valid receipt, so I provide an EOB with charge codes, etc., and still, it gets denied. Upon calling back, I’m told the only acceptable “receipt” is my full medical record, including doctor’s notes, explaining the reason for the service. That’s a clear violation of HIPAA, and I made it clear I wouldn’t be sending medical notes—so they deactivated my card. After speaking with a supervisor, they reactivated it.

Another time, I used my FSA card to pay for dental trays through my dentist. Despite providing all required documents—minus medical notes—and paying directly to a medical facility, the transaction was denied unless I resubmitted all documents with every auto-payment. That was the final straw, and once again, my card was deactivated. Now they’re claiming I owe them nearly $2,000 in rejected invoices, despite my contributions being deducted from my paycheck every two weeks.

Over the last two years, I’ve had to call in countless times because they almost always reject my card. It’s an ongoing nightmare.

Slow and cumbersome

The app itself is very slow and tiring to wait for as it loads and many times I just give up and close
The service I think isn’t great it takes like 3 or 4 days for funds to show up after I receive a message saying that my company has transferred funds to my account. And that happens a few days after my company actually does. So you gotta wait a week for anything to show up

Doesn’t work

I couldn’t submit my reimbursement request. I tried it three different times with a pdf and jpeg. I’ve done it before through the app so not sure what’s going on with the app

To find a pharmacy doesn’t work- to find a prescription-to find a doctor , NOTHING ON THE APP WORKS

Apps okay but seems like a scam

Apps okay but company is awful. It takes too long to get a response through the app. Also, when you call they could care less about helping you with your problem. Getting them to pay for a simple dentist appointment requires a letter from a least two US presidents and your 4th grade teacher.

This app is so bad, they’ve even disabled their “rate this app” function on their mobile app.

Leave Well Enough Alone

I do not like this new app at all. It was a lot more user friendly and easier to get the information that I needed before. I am very disappointed with this change
