Useless so far
This app is not easy to navigate and each time i send a message requesting assistance it takes forever to get a response Z i have yet to receive requested information since last week!
What happened?
Last year this service was great. This year things have been getting worse and worse. First, the quality of service from the reps seems to have gotten worse. Next, they stripped facial recognition from the login options and it requires a login every time you open the app. Finally, autocorrect is no longer working in the app which makes typing an absolute chore. I'm not sure what is happening, but I hope they are able to fix these issues - because it used to be a great service and now it's starting to feel like it's not worth it.

Login is Awful
I like the app just fine and appreciate the info it provides. However, having to completely login every single time I open the app is ridiculous and incredibly tedious. And no Face ID option is inexcusable.
Not convenient
Won’t let my wife create her own account, and customer service is garbage. And now, it’s suddenly forgot my username and password login, and once I regained access, it is no longer showing any of my information x
Can’t get a response
It’s this app used to be really great and now I can’t even get somebody to respond at all. I can’t even get an estimate on whether I’m gonna get a response today or tomorrow. Literally no responses from anyone.
Awful
Desperately needs updates! This is the first app I’ve ever rated - it’s that bad I felt compelled to leave feedback. There have been several times (including now) I can’t even log in, just gives an error message & says try again later- unacceptable! When I am able to get on the app, I try to use the find care near me & it won’t let me search options, I have to chat with someone who will send me options- I want to see all my options & their ratings & compare to make my own choices, not have only a handful sent to me. This app is not user friendly & does not provide all necessary info up front for subscribers to choose care & show which providers are covered. This is one of the most frustrating, awful apps I’ve ever used! Extremely dissatisfied.

A one-stop collection of all our company’s insurance information
The app itself is very handy. A quick option to get all my insurance information in one place. I’ve used the app a handful of times and so far, I have had experiences with Adrian, Precious, and Blair, all of whom were very kind, helpful, and efficient.
Messaging function
Mariah has once again SURPASSED all my hopes and expectations of help regarding my insurance benefits and pre surgery questions/needs. I love how easy this app is to use and that the staff are IMMEDIATELY helpful. Three cheers for Mariah!

Broken
Cannot use on android or iOS. On my iPhone XS when making an account, on the page where you input your birthday the keyboard blocks the submit/next button and there’s no way to move the keyboard. Bad design, completely different problems on android, bad developers.

A very helpful app with helpful people behind it
Our company has provided Medefy for our employees to better understand a navigate their health care options - especially providers and referrals. I’ve used it several times. Importantly, the chat system has REAL PEOPLE behind the app who communicate really well, and besides that they are super friendly and polite. Recently Medefy helped me find a good place for a test my primary care physician wanted me to have. Terri was super helpful and stayed “on the case” until the test had been completed. I would recommend Medefy; it’s an easy to use app with real people helping user navigate their health care options. A+++ from me.
