With one small improvement it would be perfect
The app automatically adjusts video resolution based on your internet speed but I need the ability to manually adjust it to a low resolution. The FAQ states this is possible but I think this might be outdated. I don’t have high speed internet at home. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and since I updated to IOS 26.01 the app has become unusable with wifi. It works with a cellular connection but my data is limited. Either videos don’t start or they freeze after a few seconds, or if they play at the lower resolution the subtitles stop syncing. I have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. It worked fine until the update.

Hello. My credentials are not recognized under iOS on my iPhone SE last iOS version. Connection is ok with the same credentials on iPad or Mac. Bug ? On the app the jazz programs are unavailable with the following error message : Oops. We have updated the database on our app. A direct search of the program does produce the same error.

Account stopped working
Out of the blue it has stopped accepting my username/password.
It just spins with the “Loading failed. Please try again later.”
I have access to Medici via my local library and it works ok via the browser. But an app would be so much better *if only it worked*. I suspect that there may be some pre-condition but there no documentation beyond the short description here.
