Half of the time the doctors don’t show up or don’t know how to use the app i guess.
The app doesn’t work well so you have to keep it o. All the time to wait for a call
The online reservation system sends you a message trough t sms so when your outside of the use you can’t confirm your reservation , it should be sent trough WhatsApp or the app

What an absolute garbage
You text me to download this garbage to get my report, then painfully take me through such a lengthy registration process and then I can’t even see my kids reports because I am supposed to to have s code or send you an email. This is what happens if you pay peanuts you get:……
Dark mode
I like the app. Very much and it gives much more info. Compared to other healthcare providers apps.
They ne thing though, I miss the DARK MODE option.
Pls try to accommodate DARK MODE next update.

I can no longer login
Update Messed up
The recent update has messed up the appointment booking experience. It shows appointments for far away places unlike precisely how it used to behave.
App is so bad
Not the first time trying to login to the app, always “network error” (my network is stable) i tried using the app on ipad and iphone, both the same, even the video calls with the doctors dont work.
App doesn’t work
The app was working beautifully until it was reformatted and updated. The email authentication keeps giving me an error message. My children have all been removed from my account and the app does not allow me to add them. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no success. Very disappointing considering I rely heavily on the app to maintain my monthly appointments.

TERRIBLE UPDATE
Before, it was so easy to book appointments through the mobile app. But ever since the update, everything has changed for the worse. It’s constantly lagging, the system won’t even let you check alternative dates, and it doesn’t respond no matter which button you tap. The experience has become terrible.

App Glitch
What happened to MyHealth 24X7 app? Why there are 2 Mediclinic apps now and the information on latest results don’t appear.
Updating issue- app not working
When you open the app, it’s ask to download latest version and when you click that it takes you back to open the app and there is no update option available hence app is not working!!!!!
The new update is a pain
The new update is asking for a thousand things to sign in and out of which the phone otp never comes. It was good before now it just doesn’t work.
Not all doctors can be booked through app
If I cannot book all the doctors through the application and still need to call, it defeats the purpose of having the application. If I call I can book all appointments through the call

Horrible service
You make an appointment but the give you disappointment one of the worst hospitals either it’s walk in appointments or virtual appointments they are very good in sending payment links but they are the worst in service I rate this app and hospital 0 star I booked just to get a sickleave and they made it so complicated I’m trying to get a sickleave for 7 hours now my appointment has passed and I’m still waiting for the doctor to call the nurse told me he is still with a patient…

Poor back end IT infrastructure
They are unable to identify and rectify issues linked to mobile no. And even deleting account doesn’t works.
Despite reminders , the only thing happening is ping pong and time wasting

So pointless it’s bizarre
I don’t quite understand the point of an app that doesn’t let you actually do anything without redirecting you to a website (where the services for registering or activating an account are also broken). Customer service is completely unresponsive.

And they ask you to make another account for records nevertheless it has no records at all! No lab reports nor radiology reports
It’s been two weeks since I received my report in person however I can’t see the same on their Mymediclinic or whatever it is!
