Simple and perfect
A simple but effective app for practicing box breathing. I honestly can think of a single thing I’d change in this app so far! I love the simplicity and no ads in the middle of a practice is always worth 5 stars to me. It’s really helpful, and easy to follow, the perfect amount of visuals, settings you can change without being overwhelming!

AMAZING breathing app
i can’t believe nobody else has reviewed this app yet. i’ve tried a few of these breathing exercise apps and haven’t had much success, but this one is FANTASTIC! you can adjust the length of breaths, which is helpful! and the colour scheme is very aesthetically pleasing and calming. best of all - no ads! no subscriptions! it just does exactly what i need it to. box breathing really helps calm down an anxious, racing heart, and this app helps keep my breaths even during the exercise!!!! would recommend :)

I tried several box breathing apps. This one is simple and does what I need for it to do. I deleted all the others.

Excellent for practice breathing.
Save preferences!
Love the app for it’s simplicity and ad-free design. My one issue is that I can’t save my settings, so each time I used it I have to adjust to my preferred length/no use of vibration.
