I applied for income certificate until i filled everything nd uploaded documents i dint get any errors popup after completing every and after making payments its start it shows error or service is not availabe message and even not a gud response in custmore support in phn call or in mail

Inconsistent and worst
I try to pay the EC search fee but money debited but the receipt is not generated. I lost the money.

Old version of app is not opening in IOS stating there’s a newer version available. But the newer version is not available on App Store.
