Full of bugs/glitches
Meezan bank used to be a very reliable app. Recently bugs stays for months without any fixing, new updates introduce new glitches.
For example on mobile app recently most of your beneficiaries wont show but they do on website.
I believe they have stopped caring about quality and seamless online banking.

Terrible
Terrible app, the fingerprint system is the most stupid thing iv ever seen. It doesn’t even recognise the fingerprint and difficult to use. AVOID THIS BANK!
Location access every time
Why do you need to access my location every time? It is such a headache. It is not your concern. You’ve got my details. My login. Face login. Same device same app. Who makes these stupid decisions???

The updated app is a scourge on the AppStore. It is the enemy of efficiency, the nemesis of sinplicity, and the antithesis of a good user experience.
unable to log in
i used to be able to log in and do all my tasks like bank transfers, now i literally cant log in out of nowhere. my login details are correct and work on the website but the app has all sorts of errors instead of working. i even called the bank but they had no solution.
Complaint
have been trying to open the app for the last 24 hours, but it keeps blinking and does not open properly. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. Please look into this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Excellent work
I rank Meezan Bank higher than the old HBL bank. I suspend my account RDA with them and prefer Meezan bank as it serves us better though we are in Canada and our time is totally different from Pakistan.

3 months contacting help line no but response
I am waiting for your call from 3 months. Contacted helpline 10 times you are keeping me on wait. What is wrong with your services i want to cancel the form i filled for roshan digital account. I don’t need it as your helpline and customer service is sleeping since 3 months they are not helping to solve my issue.

Have been using since 8 years but now moving to another bank only because of the awfully glitchy app
Meezan bank had always been my mainstay and primary bank since I was a teen. With the recent glitches and inconvenience in the app. I have completely shifted to HBL. Meezan bank needs to work on this by hiring competent people. If not many users will be forced to shift to someother app.

Biometric not working
I tried increasing sending limit it asked for fingerprints which failed but on cnic photo scan it’s giving error authentication failed and user transaction locked , this is the worst app and my money is locked . Who built this app and who asks for biometrics when we can have Otp smoothly absolutely horrible

This App is far then better. It covers balance sheet accordingly as this imp feature were missing in old app. 10/10 👍
Slow app
Old classic version of was good but after update worst experience. It takes too many attempts and time for login.

app is not working
It is so frustrating please resolve it as soon as possible. Its been while now mobile taking a very time and couple of attempts to login and sometime just dont go forward to login screen .
Worst Banking App In The World!!
I have used more than 50 banking apps in the entire world but this app wins the “Worst App” award. It’s without a doubt, the biggest pain in my life. Before today, I never gave a review because not giving a review meant zero stars, and that is what this app deserves. Shame on Meezan Bank.

I’ve faced issues quite frequently and only after moving to another bank I’ve realized how much better the experience is
