Wir sind als Familie seit längerer Zeit bei der SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse versichert und sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Anliegen werden unkompliziert bearbeitet und man fühlt sich ernst genommen. Besonders positiv finden wir die gute Betreuung für Familien und die verständliche Kommunikation. Auch bei Rückfragen oder Anträgen haben wir immer schnelle Unterstützung bekommen. Für uns eine Krankenkasse, bei der man merkt, dass der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht. Klare Empfehlung.

Not recommended for business travel

It logs out automatically after a few weeks of inactivity, requiring re-registration and identification, which is especially inconvenient when traveling, for example when only needed to open a new document notified via email, which makes the whole situation very ridiculous. This has happened to me three times in two years, causing significant time loss.
