Adding new card is impossible
Every.single.year I try to add my new membercards that I receive annually. But, this year you tell me my email address is already in use. Duh. I CANNOT ADD MY MEMBERCARD because you refuse to let me login. This shouldn’t be hard. But, you make it impossible to use my cards virtually.

Erratic performance
We used this app for a restaurant coupon that came with our public television membership. The app loaded and the restaurant staff saw the coupon but when we clicked on “redeem now,” the screen went white. No coupon, scan code or other evidence of the coupon appeared. The app is archaic and unreliable.

Does not work
Downloaded this app because of a mailer from my local NPR station. Went as far as the create a login screen and poof the app crashes. Restarted, unloaded/reloaded, ect… nothing works. This app is junk. I’m annoyed that a local nonprofit is probably paying for the service.
Ignores location and notification setting!
I just installed this app, and said NO to location and NO to notifications, but BOTH are set to ON in the APP!!!!!
Doesn’t work
App allows you to enter information to sign in, but after that, just a blank screen.
