Adding new card is impossible
Every.single.year I try to add my new membercards that I receive annually. But, this year you tell me my email address is already in use. Duh. I CANNOT ADD MY MEMBERCARD because you refuse to let me login. This shouldn’t be hard. But, you make it impossible to use my cards virtually.

Erratic performance
We used this app for a restaurant coupon that came with our public television membership. The app loaded and the restaurant staff saw the coupon but when we clicked on “redeem now,” the screen went white. No coupon, scan code or other evidence of the coupon appeared. The app is archaic and unreliable.

Does not work
Downloaded this app because of a mailer from my local NPR station. Went as far as the create a login screen and poof the app crashes. Restarted, unloaded/reloaded, ect… nothing works. This app is junk. I’m annoyed that a local nonprofit is probably paying for the service.
Ignores location and notification setting!
I just installed this app, and said NO to location and NO to notifications, but BOTH are set to ON in the APP!!!!!
Doesn’t work
App allows you to enter information to sign in, but after that, just a blank screen.
Doesn’t Work on IPhone 13
Frustrating and pointless. I’ve tried removing and adding again and updating. Doesn’t work. Previously worked on IPhone 7 .

Latest update problems
The latest update has my opened app info suddenly disappearing within 20 seconds.
Intrusive surveillance
The app does not follow instructions to use location services only when the app is in use. You have to cut off location services completely.
How to register 2 cards?
I have two MemberCards for different organizations that I donate to, but don’t see a way to enter the activation code for more than 1 card. Can this even be done?
Not built for iPhone X
App is super basic, but it looks like it's scaled for an iPhone 4S.
Epic fail
New card, new ap. First use = epic fail. Ap didn't work and guy said "We don't take those cards--only like Visa." The ap didn't mean anything to him b/c he said he needed some kind of code? Frustrating!

Won't let me enter activation code
Pretty discouraging when you can't create an account because the letter s entered in the activation code keeps showing as the number 5. I see someone else had the same problem. Time to get it fixed!
Great App!
Was having some trouble using the app a few months ago but everything seems to have been resolved. Everything works great and it's so handy!
Keys screwed up
App code will not go in because the s key types in as a 5. Tried it on two different devices.

I called their office and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I tried that fix and it's working great now!
Crashes on opening
This used to work but now crashes/closes as soon as you open it.

Crashes on startup. Will not function.
Frustrating!
I was about to use it for the first time today to go to a lunch and like the other recent reviews it crashes as soon as you try to open it. So much for giving me value back for my support of public television. 😞
