Extremely frustrating app that never logs in
Worst app ever you are going to waste your lif trying to do anything and worst support too

App used to be good
I used to find the happy very easy to log into and use. Now I have to retype my username and password every single time, it doesn’t seem to accept passwords stored on my phone and I actually have to remember it. Makes me not want to use the app if I can avoid it.
Registration fail
I’m already registered, however the app thinks differently. So I tried re-registering and successfully verified my email, only to find a pop-up window telling me to try again. Not very helpful! Strange because ‘My Bupa’ app for dental insurance works fine.
Useless updated that ruined functionality
The most recent update to change the UI of the update completely ruined its functionality by forcing you to manually sign in every single time you launch the app (which defeats the whole point of an app!). This needs to be fixed/reverted immediately. Not to mention the new UI’s elements are too big and chunky. Dissatisfied with the current state of the app - it should just be rolled back to the previous version and would be a 5 star rating.

New latest update is horrible
The app was perfect and fast previously, after the upgrade its very slow and so not user friendly as it was. Hope you do something about it

A lot of work needs to be done
This app has been poor for over a year of use. Considering the wealth of the company behind it it’s an embarrassment. Bugs everywhere, constantly have to log in after not using for just a month, crashes when submitting. Honestly get ur ducks in a row.
Strange app update
The app was working perfectly well a few months ago on my IPhone 15 but now for some reason it thinks I am a first time user every time I log in. It keeps making me sign in with username and password on a very inconvenient pop up and makes me go through the introduction and terms each time. I used to be able to use Face ID or a pin but now no longer. On top of this it crashes so easily which makes me continually have to restart what I was doing and login all over again. Don’t know how this has happened!

Slow and clanky.
Its a very useful app yet very outdated in its technology. Add at least a login with Face Recognition for quicker access.

Slow app; long claim management process
The app is slow, bupa does not support a few banks for claims (e.g. chase, revolu etc.). The process to submit claim, either via the app or via email is long and tedious. They are highly uncoordinated and extremely slow to process claims. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied!
