What a worthless app
I have used the app four times for appointments. Worked great. Forgot my password today, reset it and saved it mind you. Now I go to login and it says that my account doesn’t exist with the email I provided. I only have one email.
I’ve tried to sign up again and it will just doesn’t do anything.
What a waste of time.

I can’t get a reset password sent and the app freezes and I can’t do anything but shut it down when I get to the reset password screen.

Can’t seem to get past “select pharmacy” screen
There is a glitch with your app. I entered all my information and when I get to the screen where I have to select what pharmacy I want a prescription sent to, I select the pharmacy that I want, but it doesn’t move onto the next screen. It says error. This completely stops me from being able to proceed with making an appointment with a doctor, when I really need one. It’s endangerment of peoples health if they are not able to rely on your app to get the medical care they need which they are paying for. I’m sure one of you guys can fix this glitch. This happened today 3/30/22. Let me know when you fix it

Awful thus far
Inept. Painfully slow. I requested a Tele health call last night and was told it would be several hours and that “there’d be more options during day”. I opted for next day (today) and requested during the day, per the suggestion. 4 hours and nothing. I can only say we came over from BCBS and when I called them, I don’t think I ever waited more than 10 minutes. (Also during Pandemic)

Can’t use
Login button doesn’t work. I miss Teledoc idk why my buisness switch to a Walmart grade app
Does not work. Super frustrating
Simply won’t let me log in. The login button either doesn’t work or sends me to the “sign up” page. Won’t let me sign up because I already have an account. Logged in o. The web portal and tried to set up an urgent care appointment, got the error message “error when trying to create intake!”. No explanation of what to do. Super frustrating experience

App issues
Have had app issues for 4 months. Can’t start a visit because app had an issue adding people. I have talked to numerous people to resolve the problem to no avail.
Waste of time
Had conjunctivitis and called to get a prescription for the antibiotic eye drops I need. The doctor started by asking me about medical history as expected. He was very hard to hear and understand. Then he started getting snarky with me after I told him I am a medical marijuana patient. Then I asked for a recommendation on when I could safely return to work. He said he could not write doctors notes or tell me when I can or can’t work.

Waste of time
I have an account but don’t remember the password. Ive requested the password reset email and never received it! I’ve requested it several times, and it’s not in my junk box either! So very pointless!!!
USELESS
Don’t bother with this app! Took forever filling stuff out to only be told there was an “error” when trying to pay. Tried multiple different pymnt methods w/ same outcome. What a waste of time when trying to help out a sick college kid.
App is non functional go online
This app is currently not functioning. It’s such a shame because it is a good service. It will have you refreshing, refilling, and click multiple times to submit something making you think you submitted something wrong. Please just use the actual website save yourself the trouble. It’s sad the drivers benefits fund chose this services for its drivers when it doesnt even have a functioning app.

Just use a desktop browser
Sad in 2020 the app is just non functional. After multiple “error creating _____” just went online and was able to create a visit for a call appointment. Got great service from Dr but the app wasn’t helpful in making an appointment or attending the appointment via video.
Intake error
I’ve tried using this app because my job switched us from teledoc to this. It has crashed on me 10 times tonight I hate it. Never had this issue with teledoc. I get an error message after inputting all of my information for a visit request. This is my first time trying to get an appointment through this app and it’s been a nightmare.

Great, Quick Experience
I was able to get a prescription refilled and sent through right away for pick-up at my pharmacy. The Dr. was very friendly and nice, but thorough, and made sure I had all my questions answered before the visit was over. It was a short visit, but it didn’t really need to be long! I would use MeMD again :)

Worst telemedicine app I’ve ever used and Dr was rushy and dismissive .
Great App
Had a bad tooth infection they were able to answer my questions and get me a prescription to my pharmacy, thank you!
