Can’t create new user

I’ve attempted 2 times now to create a new account. In both instances it says that the user already exists. Sad but it’s a waste of my time.

A bug when login

When I login app in iPhone using email/password, the screen show an error about “ fail to communicate with the server, then try again”, but I am connected, and the screen switch to login screen then go to the error page again over and over, never stop.

When trying to log in I get a notice that there is no internet connection. Then I get a blank screen with no way to exit, just have to swipe up to close app. Also, there is no way to contact the developer to report the problem. Their website provides no information.

Really???!!

This app sounded perfect to use for my fiancé who has multiple chronic illnesses and the endless note taking as his caregiver. Fat chance!!! Soooo disappointed! I can’t make it passed the “Create an Account” page. I keep getting an error message. I’ve deleted & reinstalled it FOUR TIMES now.

Wah wah wahhhh….I thought I hit the jackpot, but ended up wasting my time.
