Impossible!

I’ve had the app for a long time. Recently received an email about scanning the app and spinning to win. But the email doesn’t make it clear how to do that and neither I nor my friends can figure it out.

Horrible app

This is a horrible app. I’ve had this app years ago and it was back then one of the many reasons I deleted the app. I recently downloaded it again to try and order something. The app is even worse than the previous time. I think this will be my last time with menchies as a whole. It’s gone downhill over the years. Especially the Michigan locations.

May 21, 2026 never ending download

The May 21, 2026 update is constantly available. I downloaded it, and it was there again the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that. Can someone create a fix for this? It’s been weeks of this foolishness.
Everything else with regard to the app is great.

App won’t update

For whatever reason this app is stuck as saying there’s an update but it never installs the update. The app version doesn’t match. Uninstall & reinstall did not fix it. Not sure if this is Apple or Menchies fault but it needs to be fixed.

i love menchies and this app works as intended

#livelaughlove menchies. my boyfriend and i go to menchies every single week and i just found out about the app. such a shame it isnt advertised more. i love getting rewarded for being a froyo lover.

Confusion

Poor service at Buckingham Aurora Colorado
Strange quick change to app only is not good customer ease if buying.

Fix it

The app need a pro to fix it. Looking up nutritional info is a joke. At least freeze the top line of labels so we can see and read the info. Very disappointed in interface with user.

Used to be so easy to just use my phone number. Now have to keep a stupid app on my phone. Terrible update.

App forced update will not open now

I guess they fixed it for good? Now my iPhone 7plus with the app on it will not open it. Although I updated as required, and the App Store says to open app, it just loops me eternally to go update and to open app. I guess you no longer want us to use the app?

Despues de la actualización ya no funciona como antes, ya no puedes usar tus puntos como quieras. Ejemplos si tienes más de $5 en puntos y tu cuenta es de $ 4 no los puedes usar..Antes lo usabas y el saldo restante lo podías usar en tu proxima compra.

update is terrible

ever since the update i haven’t been able to login. why make it so complicated and so many steps?? and why can’t we just give them the number now instead of having to show them a QR code every single time. SO FRUSTRATING.

Awful update

I used to earn points all the time with the old app. I can’t update to the new app and I can’t even put my phone number in at the store to earn points. this new update is awful

The update no one asked for

Phone numbers for loyalty accounts were working well. This new system is cumbersome, often doesn’t work, and requires training your associates clearly have not gotten yet.

The revamped app is so amazing

I was getting an error message before which annoyed me so much because it felt like a scam since i go so often, but the update made it so simple to log in and receive the points.

Worst app update of all time

The previous version of the app wasn’t the best but I long for those days. The update is terrible, nothing is intuitive, errors galore, it’s like it was designed by someone from windows who had to throw in 8 extra steps for no freaking reason to try and do anything.

Dear Menchie’s, I have great appreciation for your froyo and your employees, except whoever came up with this redesign, I have some strong words for that person 😒
