More security than a bank
It was ridiculous what I was having to go through just to create my account with the password! No password I used was good enough! I have lesser for my bank and more important accounts than a stupid menopause app. It’s a menopause app! It should not require all that it needed for a password! I’m not gonna make it more difficult to remember a password for menopause app to remember that my own bank. I gave up and moved onto a different app.

App will not allow to progress in sign up
On iOS, bad customer interface experience on app creation makes you fill out all of the information and then you cannot click on the creative account button because there’s no way to dismiss the keyboard
App not working
I’m trying to create an account on the app and it just keeps saying server error. I see the previous recent reviews mentioning problems creating an account or logging in to the app with the responses to contact customer service. However, if your app isn’t working as intended and you have been aware of user issues for several months now, DO SOMETHING TO FIX THE APP or pull the product from the shelves. And if the customer service solution is to create an account on the computer and then try using the app, this is still completely unacceptable. This feels like a cash grab. Do better.

Faulty app
App literally cannot be used…unless you have an account. You literally cannot create an account via the app….as the configuration of the form makes it unusable, cannot actually reach submit button ever!!!

Originally I wrote a bad review having trouble with the app. After all I got it to work and happy with my results. I think this is a great thing for anyone especially if nobody else is listening! Thank you for making this!
Waste of time
Tests themselves are great and useful but the app is pretty much useless. All it does is tell you what stage you may be in based on your age; there’s no actual connection between tests and app. Makes you wait til you take 5 tests to tell you something that an online free quiz would tell you and then tries to give coupons to get you to buy other stuff. Seems like it’s just a marketing tool, nothing more

App is helpful, easy to use and informative. The tests are simple and easy to read. Overall, I’m very pleased with “Menopause Stage-Clearblue me” . I would purchase it again.
Outdated, unsupported app
Seems like developers abandoned the app years ago. Also, users cannot access the info in the app because it is no longer able to verify email addresses to grant access. Just wasted a considerable amount of money for a box of tests that can’t tell me anything. They should know better than to mess up around (potentially) menopausal women. We’re cranky, tired, and on fire from the inside out. I think I just got my answer for my menopause stage. Well played, Clearblue.

Can’t get past the sign in screen
Maybe it’s operator error, but trying to set up an account and the screen won’t scroll to the create account button. Keyboard stays in the way. Waste of money for a product I can’t use.
Sign up not working
The sign up option is not working, the keyboard is stuck in making the password and is in the way and I am unable to press create.
App doesn’t work
I cannot verify my email and in reading all these other reviews, it appears it’s a known bug and there is no fix. What a waste!

Had same issues as another person that reviewed on May 15th… where the info that needs to be filled out is partially off screen, I’m unable to fully read all the words, & it won’t let me advance to next screen, since I am not able to scroll down far enough to choose a bubble on the “*mandatory field”. Changed the font size on my phone as suggested (which I shouldn’t have to do), but it did not change the font size on the App. as someone new to this, I personally don’t want to deal with any issues or having to contact anyone at your customer service. Really wish I hadn’t taken the time to provide all my info. Uninstalling & unsubscribing from emails
