No Vibration Plate Option
Even though the hard copy manual that came with the CV55, encourages users to download the app, along with a link, there is no option for the vibration pad. Tried to connect the CV55 and nothing happened. This rating is for the instructions that came with the CV55, and for the app that does not include any suggested routines for the device.

Apple Watch App not working
The Apple Watch App starts when I do workout automatically however it doesn’t measure Heart beats. Where a reading should be all I get is - -. It’s such a shame not to be able to get a reading. This is when I use the rowing machine and my Apple Watch series 11.
Great bike, needs options for the classes
I pay for the Pro version and one of my biggest frustrations is not being able to quickly find the class I want. Sometimes I’m limited to my lunch break and can only do a 20 minute ride, where the mornings I can do 60. Sometimes I want a beginner class and sometimes I want an advanced. There is no filter option for me to quickly find any combination of classes. I feel like I spend more time looking for a class than actually doing the class (slight exaggeration). I love the bike itself, but need (want) some filtering capabilities for the classes.

Bad update
Latest update screwed up settings from metric:imperial units to Bluetooth connectivity. please fix ASAP
Completely useless since August 19
Since the latest app update, the application exhibits a major packing glitch for its rowers, essentially overestimating pace by 60% over established, normal pace and splits before the update. In addition, there is a timer glitch that slows the time slightly, such that you lose about 30s in one hour. Merach customer support has so far failed to make any response to inquiries about these issues. I’ve had to resort to using an AI-assisted adjustment calculator to correct my stats since the August 19 update. Completely unacceptable. Worthless customer service.

Pro Subscription Paywall - NEVER!
Wth! After the last update all rowing videos 30 minutes or more are behind the Pro paywall? They were free for months, now you have to pay per month or year! Greedy subscription model... No!

What is up
It worked well. Now the app and the bike read different speeds thus distance. No way to contact to resolve the issue
iPad landscape mode gone
Used to work well but after a recent iPad restore, does not now work in landscape mode. Screen is now 50% of iPad screen. Means you have to put it on its short end to see properly, risking it falling off the bike tablet shelf.
Not for $8 a month
The videos are pretty good and the integration with my watch and fitness apps worked most of the time. But all of a sudden it goes from included with your rower purchase to $8 per month. Really?. If I have to pay, I’ll switch to a better app. Or maybe a different brand of rower.
Not worth downloading
The app makes you pay for a subscription of workout videos I can just get for free on YouTube. Nothing special about the app.
Reasonable but quite limited
The system only runs on 3/4 of the screen on an iPad, the choice of rowing options is quite limited even on the Pro option.
Deceiving sales techniques
They don’t honour the promised 6 months membership. Customer support is also bad.
Preferred the previous version
This app works ok but has now lost a feature that I found useful in the previous version, namely the total cadence figure. I used this as one if my session goals.
Removed Content After Update
Most recent update put almost everything behind pro subscription wall. Dozens of rowing videos and several instructor series seem to have vanished. Was having a great time using this app before the update but now I’ll just be following workouts for free on YouTube.
Does not track steps in apple health
I bought the treadmill because of the advertised Apple Health integration. The app itself is well put together, better than most other treadmill apps. I was disappointed that it advertised Apple Health integration, which it does, but it doesn't track steps in Apple Health, which is the main reason I bought the treadmill.

Bluetooth Connection Glitch
There’s an odd glitch that causes the app to disconnect while rowing. When it reconnects it adds a ton of distance, time, calories burned. I keep trying to go in and delete the exercises because it’s messing up my real stats. It set the glitched numbers as all my personal bests. I’d really like to remove those so I could actually keep up with my progress.

We actually have a wide range of free content available. Although our filter feature hasn't launched yet, you can browse the course list to select the courses that interest you. Additionally, we currently offer a 30-day free trial that gives you access to all our courses.
Money hungry!
Almost every single workout is now for Pro subscribers only. Two days ago they took almost every single workout and pushed it to the pro version only. Certainly looked at stats and use and decided to make an extra buck. Your UI and stability was shoddy at best! What are you all doing with the extra money you’re going to siphon away from members? Certainly not enhance anything! Time to sell my machine and move to something much better and worth the money!!
