Can’t make payments online
I think it’s really stupid that my husband had issues with his payment back in 2024 and this is 2026 almost 2027 for crying out loud!! 10,000 was paid on it at one time and more!’ Absolutely ridiculous that I can’t even make a payment on my car online. What’s the point of the app

unable to setup autopay
couldn’t add the bank account to setup the auto pay from the app. Pressing on the add new bank doesn’t do anything. I have to use the website to setup the auto pay

Paid note on the Thursday and it took three days for the payment to go through I did receive an confirmation number and the note at the top of the app that said your payment was accepted then four days later they called talking about it didn’t go through and we can help you with an extension on your payment with interest at 12.9% for $300 dollars that’s an extra thousand I don’t need no extra thousand dollar payment so I’m just gonna pay the bill late ask him to fix it. They said they can’t. I’m only $300 behind.And this app is trash payments don’t go as they should’ve gone through takes days after receiving the confirmation that’s trash business app needs help debit and credit cards needs to go through better

Terrible experience never fixed their app
The birthday date thats ask me to put has been giving issue for almost 2 years updates and updates and not fix the developers put it in a way that after you type the last number of the birthday everything is going to xx/xx/xxxx and the app cant open your data it says invalid ALMOST 2 yearsssssss and still not fixed

App loops you in a circle, never actually allows you to login. I’m glad I set up autopay.

The login is made difficult by your software which doesn’t allow one to immediately access simple characters like the @ sign and the period without having to manually change screens. These characters should be displayed on the letter page. Also, I resent not being able to login without giving consent to share my information. This information belongs to me and if I want to give you the rights to share my info I may do that when asked AFTER I am logged in.
