Terrible experience never fixed their app
The birthday date thats ask me to put has been giving issue for almost 2 years updates and updates and not fix the developers put it in a way that after you type the last number of the birthday everything is going to xx/xx/xxxx and the app cant open your data it says invalid ALMOST 2 yearsssssss and still not fixed

This App is terrible
App loops you in a circle, never actually allows you to login. I’m glad I set up autopay.

Your MB Finance app
The login is made difficult by your software which doesn’t allow one to immediately access simple characters like the @ sign and the period without having to manually change screens. These characters should be displayed on the letter page. Also, I resent not being able to login without giving consent to share my information. This information belongs to me and if I want to give you the rights to share my info I may do that when asked AFTER I am logged in.

DO NOT UPDATE, this update has bug that every time you open the app it keeps popping up asking you to confirm your details. That’s EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Not the best
The app won’t even let me sign in. It keeps telling me that I need to create an account. Obviously I already have one. Tried everything to fix this on my end.
A bit frustrated
I’ve tried many times to simply pay my payment through the app, but it tells me to register then says I don’t need to register only log in. But it doesn’t lead me to a log in page but back to registration. I always have to find some round about way to pay. It’s frustrating.

This app keeps taking me to the car I leased in 2023. I need access to my current one leased in 2025 but no matter what I do it goes to an expired contract.
Disappointed
I am so disappointed in Mercedes customer service. I was sold gap insurance when I didn’t want it. Had to call many times and escalate to executives to get resolution. Now they have blocked me out of autopay because of insufficient funds in my account. Now I have to pay them to make a payment. What a scam from a company that is so highly regarded. That’s ok, I’m paying off my loan and know for my next car purchase to never again give Mercedes my business.

2026 MB 450 GLE Owner
I must say that it is an absolute pleasure using MB’s Finance app! Once I completed the registration and adding the payment details it was a snap to set up my bank payment on autopay! I am a happy camper and love my first but not last 450 GLE! 😉👍
