I wanna thank you for ruining the game for the player. instead of you letting the player actually play the game and figuring out by themselves you just played it for us and you just told us how. that show shows that you don’t want the player to play that shows you want to play them yourself and that you want to get bad reviews and you want to get as little stars as possible thank you for ruining the game. it looked like it was a fun game. I was hoping it was gonna be a fun game, but I’m sorry it’s ruined.

Frustrated
I’ve enjoyed playing this game for three years, but now it won’t load anymore. I tried getting in touch with a developers but have found it impossible. This is ridiculous.
It reset my all money and diamonds.
Like other reviewers said, it was loading then close this game automatically, so deleted this game and download again. Then it reset my money, mineral and diamonds so now I have only 100 each of them. BUT it didn’t reset my all records, so I can’t increase capacity of money and mineral because I need 800 mineral to build storage which is impossible to have because of capacity. Now capacity is just 100 each, so I don’t know what to do. I used to play this game for 3 years, so I am so upset now.

No support… it’s been Literally a MONTH
I have literally been waiting for a month for a fix to the game shutting down every time I open it.product I purchased disappeared, and they did correct that, but I can’t play the game because any time I spend diamonds the diamonds disappear and the item I purchased with the diamonds also disappears because the game force closes and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to open,and it won’t update to the newest game, so it’s not worth downloading. This is however an Apple specific issue as my other account on my android phone has no issue. So, if you’re playing on an apple product, best to save your money and play a different game.

I reported the problem a while ago, but they didn’t reply, and their contact page doesn’t work so I can’t get in touch again. Very disappointed.
Great Game but Glitchy
I LOVEE this game I will sit and play it for HOURS but lately it’s been so glitchy sometimes the app won’t even open for me 😔

It is not working
I have same problem. I do love this game, but it was back to Home Screen afterthought fully loading. I remove this game and download again. Then it worked for a while, then same problem happened.
1 star because..
Recently got back on only to discover that my permanent lifetime membership is gone, as is all the purchased and cleared land. I am not sure what else is missing yet, but I am extremely unhappy with these recent changes
Terrible customer service
I’ve been playing this game for over a year, and I’ve run into way too many problems. In the egg tree, I lost 6 slots that I already paid for, and they never refunded my diamonds. The game has also deleted stars on its own from worlds I already finished, and I still didn't get the rewards. To top it off, for almost two weeks now, I haven't been able to get the free gifts because it says there’s 'no internet.' I’ve already written for help, but they are nowhere to be found. Overall, it’s a good distraction, but there are so many things they could improve—starting with customer service. There’s no way to talk to anyone; you just send an email and pray they read it and someone actually replies

I was stupid enough to buy the premium lands
Thinking they’ll give me more land but your island is so small it’s unplayable every now and then I’ll remove enough just to put 3 more things on the island and then they cry it’s too full how can that be fun if you can’t merge any freakin thing it’s freakin annoying as hell
Same old same old
I have been playing this for years but not much anymore. I like the events but although there are new elves, there is nothing new in the events. They are all a repeat of past events. Nothing new or challenging.
Really bad events
You need to come up with new and interesting events. You just keep recycling old events that have little interest and no challenge.

Card Collection
The card collection is a big scam. I spent money to purchase every extra star card I could get from the events and all the side games. I am one 3-Star Card away from finishing and my only chance is today’s daily reward. The card collection expires at the same time that I can collect the daily reward. Why do developers continue to think this is ok to scam players who spend money on their games. Apple should look into these scams.
