Don’t buy anything. When asked to restore purchased islands, I was sent a fix, which took progress away and now everything is Chinese. And still didn’t get Sausage island and the other one back! And it changed my user id so now the whole conversation disappeared!

I was a fan
I have been playing for three years. The game recently got glitchy and I couldn’t play on the extra island. Today I had to delete the app and download it again and 3 years of hard work is gone

I loved this game but since the latest update the game freezes on every single special event.

Used to be my favorite game
In the past week the game went down for ten hours with no communication from the devs and once it came back up every event island event has frozen the game to the point that I have to uninstall and reinstall the game to get it to work.
Love the game but
I love this game it’s got me addicted but recently when I go on the side quests the first time I complete an order it completely freezes. I have to delete the app. Reinstall it and hope my progress is saved up to that point. So far everything has been saved on iCloud. It’s frustrating, each time one side quest finishes and a new one starts I’ll try to see if it’ll work. It’s only worked for one and it’s gone back to freezing on me

Glitching
Love this game!! I’ve been playing for awhile and recently the app is glitching. It freezes and gets stuck on one page. I haven’t been able to play for days now.

App will not open after years of use and updates. There is nowhere to report it on their developer website or through the App Store. The website is all in Chinese
Loading problem
I play this all the time. I can get it to load. It just won’t open. I’ve tried restarting my tablet. I really don’t want to delete the game and reinstall as that may make it where I have to start all over again. No fun. I tried to access your sight to report a problem, even that isn’t allowing me to inform you the right problem. Hope you contact or give me some way to get it going again

Please help
App will not open and I really want to play. I was close to finishing the activity island and have put a lot of time into game play. I can’t open it and the app support goes to a blank page that says “success!” In tiny letters and nothing else. I have a screenshot with my acct numbers. Where can I email to get this resolved?

The app seems to be nonfunctioning .and the support link is broken.
Broken
Since new update game gets stuck and won’t change screens from temporary challenge game screens. I had to delete it and I lost 4 years of progress and data after having to redownload it. After starting over it yet again is frozen and will not even open or load past the initial title screen.
Fix the game.
How about fixing the glitches for people who have spent money on the Chinese POS
