Lost money
I have played this game since 2020. I have loved it until recently. The game keeps closing out and I lose progress. I also loose the purple gems I paid for. Use my tokens to buy extra characters and boom it closes out for no reason. All extra characters gone as well as the coins and purple gems used to buy them.

광고를 시청하고나면 강제 종료가 됩니다. 다시 로그인하는데에는 시간이 걸리니, 5회이상 광고시청을 해야하는 퀘스트를 완성하기 위해 5회 강제종료를 당하는 상황. 게임 진행 중에도 강제종료가 됩니다. 어제부터 이런 상황이 계속되고 있어서 게임을 하기에 매우 불편합니다. 심지어는 다시 로그인하면 바로 전에 했던 결과들이 없어지고 예정의 상태로 복구되어 같은 게임을 여러 번 반복해야 하는 상황. 개선 부탁합니다.

Misc. dolls
Please make it to where we can either delete/sell the misc. 1 and 2 dolls we have. I don't play at all hardly because of the space that is taken with all the misc dolls.

Terrible app support!
I love the game and play a lot but the support for the game is nonexistent. They used to have good in game support, now they just ignore us. They send you off to Discord or tell you to write them an email, but still it gets ignored. They have had an error for months where dolls just vanish and they’re doing nothing to fix it.

I’m so frustrated!!!!!!!
I have enjoyed this game for years. The night before this I would get kicked off because “no internet”, but I was watching a video on the same device and using the internet on other devices…..it was working!!! Then yesterday it was fine. Today it’s kicking me off again for “no internet”…..once again, I have internet. I have tried contacting them and my tickets disappears. I’m sent to other websites that doesn’t have place to right to. When I try to send an email, it said I don’t have an email address…..I’m sending an email, so I have an email address. I sent a messages through messenger…..nothing!!!!!

My favorite game
I’ve been playing this game for at least a year and I just love it! The characters are cute and cool and unique. There’s always a mini game happening so there’s many different options for you to choose from. I wish there were more games like this honestly because I’m hooked! 😃
Issue for the past 2 days not able to connect with network
For the past two days I am not able to play the games though my wifi is completely working fine the game keep on giving error oops no network when all other applications on my phone is working completely fine

This used to be a cute little game, now the glitches are many and it’s frustrating. Plus, it used to be if you sent a message the issue would be resolved or you would get a message from support. Now, neither happens. Very disappointing!
Network error can not retrieve account ID
So many issues with this game. But as of yesterday I keep getting the issue of “Network error, cannot retrieve account information”.
Now I have lost years of game play and support team are not getting back to me.

What happened to Christmas realm?

For some reason, when I play in the realm and what an add, a certain ad glitches and I can’t get back to my game!!! I have to start over!!!

For some reason, every time I go to an island or realm I can’t go back to the main island!!! I have to restart the game in order to get back to the island!!! Needs fixing!! Thank you!!! I’m gonna be a nuisance until the issue is resolved!!
Tolles Spiel, mit Bugs
Ich spiele das Spiel schon ewig. Und auch gerne. Nur mittlerweile kommen kaum Updates, die Ladezeiten sind lange und in die extra Welt über den Cupcake unten links komme ich schon gar nicht mehr. Dort läd das Spiel in Dauerschleife. Wirklich schade. Über den Support gibt es leider auch keine Hilfe. Meine gestellten Tickets verschwinden jedes Mal wieder und wenn mal eine Antwort vom Support drin ist, kann ich sie nicht öffnen und beim nächsten Mal ist sie wieder weg.

Bot invasion
The obvious bots in the realms are really discouraging. Why run competitions if you don’t want real people to win? At least make them less obvious, not sitting with 700,000 points ten minutes after the realm opened. I used to actually spend money on this game, but that was before the bots. I’ll never spend another dime, so your plan backfired.
