You guys are idiots

Way to go to not care about your customers and read reviews about how dumb your app developers really are… I still have yet to log in it continues to say wrong password or username… forcing me to go to your clunky out dated website and enter in exact same username and password and gets right in… if my company didn’t use you for insurance I’d be long gone… oh and side note… maybe don’t advertise this as a convenient insurance app for customers like all other good insurance companies do… if it’s not what this app is for then remove this from the App Store seriously you’re confusing customers.. maybe create an app for your customers like allll other insurance companies do

All the reviews and nothing fixed

Review after review stating the same thing “I can’t log into the app but can log into my account online just fine” and app developers refuse to do anything about it.
Scam. Absolute scam.

Hello, please note this app is not for Meritain Health medical, dental, or vision insurance or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) plans. This app is only for Flex/CDHP products including Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and Mass Transit accounts. If you are trying to access one of the Flex/CDHP products, please call 800-566-9305 option 5 and a member of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you.

Password Issues

I have not been able to log in the app despite resetting my password multiple times. It only works on my computer or my web browser.

App doesn’t work

Same issues experienced here as the other review. Can’t log in. When I use the same credentials on the browser it works every time. No matter how matter how many times I try and reset the password, I get the same result.

Login Doesn’t Work: App

Like all the other comments are stating, when logging into the website it recognizes me and allows me in just fine. However, when I try to do the same thing on the app it states I’m not recognized. This isn’t user error.

Strange to state in the app’s description as “no hassle for insurance” when the login is broken lol

I can’t log in !

I can login the website fine . I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work . A waste of time !!

Not Good

First time user, trying to log in as a new year begins and my company switched providers. I can log in with my new credentials on the computer. As to the App. Tells me something is wrong. Would definitely give zero stars if it was an option

Can’t log on

I verified my info with them then tried to log on as new user. It will not allow me to create an account. It’s literally my name, zip code (verified with them) and my SSN. Nope- won’t let me create an account. Bummer.

As all others have said, can’t login to app but I can login to the browser website. HORRIBLE APP!!

Worse app ever

It keeps saying wrong login and password and that’s not true. The website doesn’t even show you your benefits clearly. Just a mess all the way around!!!
