Needs improvement
This app has potential but needs a whole lot of work. First can you have dedicated section for IPO, possible where the stock list or opportunities banner is. Also, why can we see how or tell if a stock pays dividends, and paid dividends history for client’s portfolio. Can you guys look at what other brokerage are doing and copy their best features. Take a look at Cowrywise wise and bamboo stock trading interface

I’ve been using Meritrade for the last eight years, and what I find useful is the customer interface's ability to check my stocks in real time, place orders, and the ease of withdrawing funds from my brokerage account
Easy to execute trades
The app keeps evolving which makes it easy for users to place trades and follow up with the Nigerian stock market. I like the new updated version and kudos to the team making easy trading of NGX a reality

Worst Customer service
The customer service agents are either not trained properly or they just don’t care. And when you upload documents for verification on the app, it’s Russian roulette if it uploads. The system will tell you it’s uploaded and will send a notification pending review takes 2 days, just for the agents to tell you they have not received anything. Better luck and service on other platforms.

Hope I was not scam
Immediately I funded my account, I was looked out and my screen blank. Since morning I haven’t been able to log in even when I had to put off and on my phone.
Frustrated!
I updated my app on the 17th of February 2026 and I’m yet to gain access to my account till today 20th of February 2026. It keep telling me to login with my email and password

App is more confusing now, added too many new parts and removed the basics. A trading app should be easy to use to trade, check performance to make decisions and observe current portfolio.
The best part of Meritrade use to be the ability to chat customer care and getting quick response. They need to do better.

Fraudsters
This broker are not free with letting me withdraw my funds
They are thieves
I deposited money from my bank account and trying to withdraw they’re saying I need to do kyc verification of utility bill
Don’t put any money here or they’ll trick you with unnecessary protocols

Been unable to actually open an account
There are three stages for verification. It’s going fine the first two stages at the third stage it doesn’t continue to create the account.

This is a very useless app don’t download it , a mobile gaming app is way more better than this rubbish
