I like Capital One’s app better but this is better than a lot of credit card apps I have and seen.

Ads pop up in front of account information and it won't go away even if your trying to pay your bill so your forced to go to a computer. Very useless app

Alerts Are Outdated
So if I do a transaction I don’t get an alert. This is only bank that has OLD technology. All banks send an alert when a transaction is made to avoid you knowing if your card is stolen.

No messaging option
To me, a whole app without being able to send an email to ask a question or request assistance, is pretty much useless. Even on the Merrick website, there’s a Secure Messaging Center but it’s only to receive messages. You do this intentionally knowing people don’t have time to call and sit on hold! Get with the times and bring back customer service via chat or email.
