Great app
So I am Ellie, im ten years old, and I have been struggling with anxiety. This app helped me find out what anxiety I have (moderate OCD, and moderate social anxiety). It helps me calm down when my heart beats really fast and I can’t stop it. I feel like deep breaths don’t really help, but all the calming sounds helped me when my heart was beating really fast because when my heart beats really fast I black out which is really scary. It’s happened multiple times at school. Since I have a photographic memory, I took a picture in my mind of the relaxing picture and remembered the music beat so I just picture that picture and play that song in my mind at school. This app helpes you gain confidence like I set a goal to join in a conversation and it worked. I definitely recommend for people my age and grown ups too

Won’t work :(
I reallly wanted this app to work! It’s a wonderful concept I I think it would really help me! Whenever I open the app I can do literally anything except create a quest. When ever I hit the quest button the app crashes. I tried deleting the app and re downloading but not success!!! If it worked I would love to use it. This app seems like the perfect fit until I find it won’t work! Please fix this! I’d love to use this app!

I registered for an account and then it told me that I had to pay for premium to continue and do stuff. I waited to see if an x would come up in the corner because sometime it takes a while to come up but it wasn’t there. Would not recommend this app if you are not prepared to pay $28.49/year (after 7 day trial) or $2.99/month.

A must have!
I downloaded this app after suffering with anxiety and stress. I found this app extremely beneficial and helps calm me instantly. I love the fact you can listen to relaxing noises which puts your mind at ease. There is also a section where you can learn all about mental health and depression/anxiety. The “daily quests” has also boost my confidence a lot. This app is great and teaches you to re-wire your brain and be in the present moment and be in control of your body and not let your mind rule you. Merrier is basically a virtual therapy session which is fun and easy to use. Definitely a must have!

An app that’s worth having
This app is amazing!! It is a great choice if you want to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms- it’s just a few clicks away and completely free. I saw such a great improvement in my mood after using it whenever I have a symptom of depression or moodiness. It is so useful and convenient as well as easy to use. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Delightful Anti-stress App
My coworker recommended this app to me- we’d both had a stressful few days (working in retail does that to you). She loves that it helps her anxiety and depression so I had to give it a shot. Suffice to say I agree, it really helps me calm down after a long day and relax. It’s cheaper than therapy ftw! I like that it helps me track my moods. 🥰 helps me see growth in my self-love journey.

Well thought out antistress app
I tried this app as a recommendation from a friend. Rightfully so because right after the birth of my second son, I’ve had my share of depression. As a mom, I would want my newborn to feel that motherly love but there were just days when I am overwhelmed with just so much stress. I have seen the GP and while she said it was just a phase, this antistress app helped put things into perspective. The quests are actually motivational and helped me gain back my confidence. Even my husband noticed how calmer I’ve become, with less mood swings. I also have to mention the sound effects choices put you in a relaxing mood while playing the game. Thanks!

Amazing app to fight against anxiety and depression
When ever i am depressed and having anxiety , i switch to the merrier games app, which helps me improving my mood and make my mind calm. Highly recommended.

Excellent app
This is an amazing app. On the past couple of weeks I have gone from being in a mood and very anxious to being calm and depression free. Has really helped and made me feel like myself again. If anyone else is feeling down or depressed, I highly recommend this app.

Great and helpful app!
I am suffering from mental health issues since last year and have been on therapy for quite some time. This app is a great complimentary method to alleviate stress and greatly helps me during anxiety attacks and when I’m having mood problems. If you feel depressed or looking for an anti-stress app, this for sure will help you to relax and be calm. Merrier is one of the best thing I’ve downloaded and I guess this holds true for everyone who will do the same.

Best app for reducing anxiety!!!
I suffer quite badly with anxiety, Iv had therapy and many other things to try put my anxiety at bay and nothing has ever really helped. But this app is honestly such a help, you have to do activities which are anti stress activities. It makes you feel so calm after using the app. Iv found my mood has improved a lot and I’m feeling a lot more calm. Brill app!!

Anxiety relief
Over the last few months my anxiety levels have been increasing but with this app and the quests it sets I’ve found that it assures me that everything is ok. I have found in the past week of using it I’m definitely less stressed and calmer about general life situations

Fantastic! This app has changed my life
I’ve battled with stress for such a long time and tried most recommendations. After trying this app it has reduced my stress, improved my love life and allowed me to reduce my cognitive behaviour therapy. I no longer feel anxious and the house feels calmer.

Prompts you to make an account but won’t even let you see anything until you either sign up for a free trial (with a yearly fee if you choose to continue using it) or start a monthly subscription. That definitely doesn’t make me want to try the app.
