The app functions in French only and does not provide an option to change the language. For customers who are not fluent in French, this creates a barrier to understanding account information and managing banking services independently. These are basic necessities for customers, especially if they are paying a monthly fee to use your services.
Access to banking information should be more equitable and inclusive. Adding language options would improve accessibility, reduce confusion, and help customers make informed decisions about their accounts.
