Deceptive billing
I was charged for a full year despite signing up for a trial and despite cancelling immediately.
If zero stars were possible
I think this is a terrible application and A waste of money more specifically in my case because I only sign up for that trial for seven days just to see what the application was like and was instantly given a subscription for the entire year without my consent. If it’s done that to me, it’s probably done that to others. The application itself is terrible and one would be silly to be wasting their money on it.

I'm stuck at the "We want you to try mesmerize for free and it's pissing me off
was prefect now has regressed; but still the best hands down
the app was perfect before they removed the ability to search and the visuals are forced to be fullscreen the entire time even when selecting the next visual and that is very time consuming because the app has to download and cache EVERY video, which was ok before this new update but having it fullscreen means that EVERY video has to FULLY load before you can even begin to move on to the next one and if you skip/switch it is very glitchy being in fullscreen and having to deal with the immense memory pressure, that’s another thing the app is now bloated with extra stuff and all of it loads AT THE SAME TIME meaning your phone is just sitting there getting hot as it tries to keep up… with one app, one app that is supposed to be visuals is now insanely incompetent, it is unusable on my iphone se 2020 but works perfectly/beautifully on my iphone 7, i may just have to bite the bullet and load the older version, alas; a pity 🥱

My Disconnect App
For the past 5 years, this is the app I fall asleep to. i’ve tried others, but the variety of the Narrations and visuals are simply better.
My favorite narrations are the tour of Bath Abbey in England and the Pendle Witches of Lancashire- it’s like reliving my vacations abroad!

Last but not least the app can’t be utilised unless you pay for it. Nothing is free , you sign up for free trial and their dark pattern is you’ll forget that you’ll cancel and they’ll get away with it with your money

Quite Time
I have ADHD, so I enjoy marijuana edibles and while listening to club music/trance or Madonna’s new album….the visuals of intertwining designs that your app provides is a beautifully immersive experience that calms my mind down. Thank you.
Blatant Scam
Pathetic. Requiring payment for something that you aren’t even able to open even once to see if it’s something you’d be interested in? I may have signed up, but now I will be subscribing to a different app that provides something in return for asking for my money. 0 Stars.
Bad Player
Unlike any other audio player in existence, this one stops completely anytime you change anything. Say one of your airpod runs out of battery, say one falls out of your ear, say you have to take one out to itch your ear in the night…. You then have to go into the app and hit play again which in the night is blinding and a burden to do. It will not continue to play. Yes there is a setting that will have it play, but even that is broken: what it does is play continuously no matter what, so even if you take both of your AirPods out it’ll keep playing on the phone speaker, which interrupts my wife’s sleep in the night. Furthermore, you have to kill the app to get it to stop, so it often ends up playing all the time!! So you hear this noise in the day and you think what is that?… in the theater, the grocery store etc. why can’t this be like all the other audio players in the world?
1) pause/play is controllable through the headphone’s pause/play buttons. 2) pauses only when ‘both’ EarPods are removed from the ears.
3) can enjoy the app on more than one device without it logging me out on other devices each time I log in on a new device.
Takes 2 minutes to code this yet this has been disrupting my sleep for YEARS.

I seen this ad on my Instagram of visual effects. It seemed pretty cool. Everything said it was free so I downloaded it come to find out you have to sign up for the free trial which end up keeping you subscribed and having to pay and there’s no way to exit out of the free trial stream to get into the app so you MUST sign up. Horrible experience if I could put 0 stars I would

Closing the ad at the start pulls up the subscription menu. The app is literally unusable without subscription.
