The missing piece
I started the metabolic reset diet a few weeks ago after reading the book & joining the Facebook group. This app was released midway through my 28 days. As someone who loves tracking, this was the missing piece in my plan. It makes tracking my daily goals & progress very simple, and the dashboard is user friendly & helpful.
