The toll free number that they use to call call wile in n the high way to talk about nothing, distracting me and if I get a ticket to holding phone wile talking to yall toll free number calling me this unprofessional

Not super organized or lenient. Slightly frustrating and not dependable.
Payment
The payment’s on loads that require vans with manual loading and unloading should be increased significantly. As a business owner, we are here to make money. Majority of the payouts for large loads and long routes are not profitable as a driver. I could understand these low payments if I was driving a van by what ever company I was delivering for along with gas on them. Commercial insurance, van payment, wear and tear on the vehicle are not cheap. Please fix this

This app is ridiculous. I had to jobs, and both were taken from me for no reason. Just today, a dispatcher called me about a job that was available. I took the job. I drove all the way down to the pick up location just to find out they gave the job to someone else. I contacted dispatch to find out what happen, no one responded. They are awful

New company with a big job (3 hours and half, one stop) delivery shows up in app this week, I asked about weight, quantity of boxes because it’s not information and dispatch just said “I don’t know the details” so disappeared for a minute and came back. When I think about what to do, another driver applied and I too.
The dispatcher gave a job for another driver ignoring my request.

The font for the wording on the app could be larger or allow it to be expanded. The writing is very small.

Excellent app, really helpful for side income and they guide you with everything, excellent driver support line. Always attentive, friendly and responsive.
Customer requested wait time
The cx requested wait time in the app but the receiver was not aware and I couldn’t wait. The app stated there could be a penalty so there in lies the quandary in that case. Other than that everything went smoothly.
