Went from bad to worse
You have to reconnect every time you open the app. The remote that came with the mattress quit working after a week, now I am bound to the app.

Doesn’t work with our adjustable bed
Please make it to where we can use it with our not so old “outdated bed” ridiculous that we pay the amount we pay for the app to not work anymore

Have the older base? Out of luck. It won’t with this app and their old one is broken. Horrible company.
Legacy Bed Support
When opening the app it ask if the serial number starts with a specific set of letters, my bed is older as does not have the new detail number. So the recommended action is to download a different app. The link they provide is broken and does not go to a valid app.
Lack of function
Literally never works and is extremely glitchy if you can even get it to connect to the bed
