In just 30 min I was already speaking with a doctor who was very well / fast/ friendly way to referred me to xray/appoiment!!! Same day!!!
MGB Care Connect
It is so great to do an online appointment with my PCP. So much more relaxing than battling rush hour to get to an appointment. So much time saved. Not the feeling of exhaustion after traveling back and forth to an appointment.
Very pleasant and thorough
I enjoyed taking with Dr Payton. She was very nice. Asked questions about my prescriptions, previous blood work and next steps.

Hello, I wasn’t sure what to expect with MGB Care Connect but I had a great visit and was able to take care of a lot of my routine issues quickly and easily. Dr. Peyton was great and I look forward to seeing her again.

A bit confusing
When it asked to do a medical intake I didn't realize that meant to answer the questions as if u were actually in a Md office so I thought it was about your insurance etc like when I did go to the Md office so I was frustrated and called and emailed several times and missed one appt finally got someone to speak to and she explained to me that was the medical intake although most of the questions didn't really apply to my issue
But the MD was very nice It is just going to take time getting use to this way of medicine I was an Rn for 43 yrs at MGH in their Surgical trauma unit

Virtual visit
While my virtual visit with Dr. Torlon was very good, there were some technical problems with your software ie picture freezing as well as black images appearing. In addition, it took way too much time verifying my information over and over again. Pay your PCPs what they deserve and you won’t have a mass exodus of your valuable doctors. And your Customer Service issues should subside. Amanda at Virtual desk was excellent; very professional, helpful and patient..

My 1st visit
I was very impressed with The Dr. on my numerous medical issues spanning my last 5 months with no Dr.
Different
Since I have been unable to get myself a pcp it was helpful to talk to the doctor and get my questions answered.
