If I could rate this a zero star app I would.
App is laid out okay.
So slow.
Every time I do a job I have to wait for 10-15 min to wait for app to load / sync / download / upload notes for each job.
I’d rather do all of my office work with pen and paper. It’s faster than waiting for this app to load.
(Not bad for projects) 1-2 jobs a day,
But service / projects. You have to charge per visit to each job.
Time really adds up when you still have to add your hours to a time sheet on a 2nd app in order for you to get paid

Please update immediately!
With the release of IOS newest update iOS 16 the app is now broken and needs to be fixed. When swiping up and down within the app it tries to drag the entire screen up and down making signatures almost impossible. Please increase the amount of photos allowed to upload at a time and work on how slow the app runs in general.

Almost not usable
Since the ios16 update almost can’t use the app. Please fix these issues. When trying to scroll the entire app moves as one. Can’t get customers to sign for the repairs due to entire app moving on screen while trying to sign.
Continual tracking of location unless you want annoying pop up
BEWARE!!!! Your employer can track your location if you leave location set to background. I have mine disabled and mHelpDesk keeps prompting to turn location on. Spoke to their support just now and you cannot disable the pop up window. I use the app on my personal phone and do not want employer tracking me during off time.
Support says it is not real time however their sales site and video says location is tracked in real time. Just be weary.

App is missing features available on web
You can upload pictures on the app but not PDFs, I think that if you can upload it on the web you should be able to do so in the app as well. The worst thing so far is when you go to sign an estimate the entire page moves with your finger causing the signatures to come out horribly.
Garbage can of an App
Once you open it and look at one ticket you have NO choice but to close and reopen app to look at another one. Been using MHELPDESK for years with my company but their app is GARBAGE. Complete waste of time to even try to use. I’m better off using phone as a hotspot and getting my laptop out. Un eff yourself MHD.

This app is trash
Fun Time I spend half of my work day trying to get this app to work. I can’t upload pictures all the time, when I clock out of jobs the timer keeps going and when I use the app on my iPad it always glitches out.

Most of the time the app works. Now when I open to use it it is stuck on the Leads page

This app is a waste of time and money. I have sent screen recordings to tech support and they still can’t fix the issues. Our techs with iPhones and androids are having multiple issues. App crashes all the time. Items take forever to populate. Scope of work deletes its self in the middle of your report. I have finally talked my boss into getting a different program. I have never had this many problems with an app before. I have been using different apps for over 15years and this is the worst. I have used better performing apps on old blackberrys that worked better. So disappointing
